Nothing
The one night that I spent in this hotel was the worst night ever. The room smelled like cat and dog shit! I am still trying to recover from my allergies. The bed felt like I was laying on the floor. My joints and entire body hurts. The hallway smelled like someone pee on the floor. Very nasty! I will.not recommend this to my worse enemy.
The room had a terrible odor, like something had died inside. I immediately complained to the front desk, but I was told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. Staff came to the room with air freshener to try to mask the smell, but it did not help at all.
The odor was so overwhelming that it made me physically sick, and I ended up vomiting. I could not stay in the room and had to book another room elsewhere at the last minute. On top of that, I was given the runaround regarding a refund and felt completely brushed off by staff.
I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, and the customer service throughout the experience was horrible.

Convenient
Fire alarm kept going off. Then appliances were not working. Not clean old and stained furniture broken drawers.
Staff were nice.
Dirty!
I had a traumatic house disaster and needed immediate housing. I remembered booking Extended Stay in the past for my out of town guests who enjoy cooking and eating their own food, so I came here and have been clearly communicated with from the beginning, even through my stressed out voice. I was given an upgrade to accomodate my kitchen usage and thank goodness bc I can continue living as a human being should. Big shout out to Kia, who kept my extensions for staying clear and simple as possible. Alicia the manager knows her job quite well and even identified common area spaces to advertise the 2 events I publically need to market for live audiences to attend (bonus!) Fortunately I do not have too many of them to hang about but still it is immeasurable to get eyes on events so I am hyped about that! I am safe with my car in the parking lot and the beautiful grounds are quite satisfying. Thank you for having here feeling welcomed.
Nothing ….. I have to give the staff a big kudos. Checkin (Dylan was very good - even though he was by himself and had a line at the window. Housekeeping woman(didn’t get her name) got me a hairdryer when I asked. Front desk woman( didn’t get her name) was also very helpful.
Basically it appears to be a housing project and some hotel usage. Glass barrier at Checkin was a sign that this place has issues. Parking was $12 / night (was in fine print on Bookings add) could have just given a hang tag for parking (money grab) $100 damage deposit ??
TV in room didn’t work ?? Toilet valve stuck and water ran (had to remove toilet top and lift fill valve) ?? Room didn’t not have a hair dryer ?? Dogs barking in hall way. Very old and worn interior
The cabinets were hanging off, there was no separation from facing beds
Didn't stay for breakfast
The TV didn't work
nothing
overcharged
Never bother to be a part of it anyway
Just something to drink
