I had an amazing time at Hawthorn Suites, and the staff made the experience even better. Raj, the manager, helped my boyfriend and me with everything. He was very communicative and incredibly kind from the moment we checked in, while we were getting snacks, and all the way through checkout.
The room smelled amazing every time we walked in, and the fridge was perfect for storing our leftovers from the night before. We even enjoyed being able to make coffee right in our room. The shower was very spacious and had great water pressure as well.
I will definitely be coming back here!
No microwave in room, no coffee maker in room, was told that the picture on Wyndham site is not accurate and my room does not come with these things. Fitness center was just two treadmills and one elliptical machine. Toilet did not flush, had to wait 6 hours to get a plunger to fix it myself. No telephone in room, also in picture on site. Only one cart to take items from car to room, gave me messy/dirty food cart to transport my items. Never responded to platinum member request for late check out. Breakfast was slices of bread (to make toast) and waffles, that is it. No ice machine or ice bucket in rooms. Never staying here again and also telling my friends/family to avoid this place. Every hotel I have stayed at owned/run by someone with the last name of Patel has been as horrible as this one. Going to tell my friends and family to also steer clear of this disaster.
The front desk was very helpful and professional, the room is nice clean and its very quiet here. The staff goes above and beyond me and my husband will definitely continue booking here.
I had a very frustrating experience at Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham. We arrived at around 2:30 AM after a long trip, expecting at least basic front desk service, but no one was there. We waited in the lobby for over 45 minutes with no assistance.
Around 3:15 AM, an employee named Raj finally showed up, and it appeared he had been sleeping somewhere in the back. When we explained that we had been waiting for a long time, he didn’t apologize or show any concern at all. Instead, he acted dismissive and unprofessional.
He also claimed that he was the manager and owner, which made the situation even more disappointing because you would expect better customer service and accountability from someone in that position.
Overall, the lack of staff availability, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude made this a terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here if you expect reliable service, especially late at night.
They tried to accommodate my requests

First they lied about pots and pans and dishes and coffee maker ,when ask they said limit amount not what I was told when spoke to manager before I got there ,second lied about breakfast who does that ,second to worst part paid all that money just to be given a dirty room that it looked like someone else was using it smells disgusting and food was in fridge so no one took the time to clean it or realize the person was still using it horrible situation especially when you have young children with you,next issue there was roaches in the kitchen no kidding or lying I wish some how or the other I can get my entire money back that place and it’s staff is a dump not worth any star the staff was rude when ask certain things about stuff that was supposed to be in room if I had extra money I would off taken my little grandkids out of there to someplace cleaner it looked like they haven’t swept mop or anything in years let me say disgusting and should be shut down even the pool was a dump wasn’t clean either I booked this place cause I needed a kitchen and pool worse mistake ever made ,the staff could not be bothered to answer phone or was available at front desk furthermore if I wanted to use paper plates plastic fork spoon and knife I would just stay at days inn or one of the other motels all in all worse mistake of my life I need someone to do something about that I really need my money back

Nothing because I was told after booking the room on booking .Com and receiving a confirmation they told us that they over booked which was not correct the person behind the desk said that they had no more rooms and then the man behind the desk started to ask me about if this woman was with me and I told him that she is with me but has her own place somewhere else and why you ask it has nothing to do with renting a room from yall mean while a was booking the room he was. Checking someone else in he was able to get a room but we were there first if you really get right down to it which I thought to myself that should of been are room.

pool not open when advertised as open, no reservation modification without penalty, horrible rotted breakfast and dirty hotel and bathroom shower. would not recommend!
zero flexibility regarding modifying my reservation. they said they will charge me one night FOR SURE if I check out 2 days earlier. the pool was CLOSED even though the website said it was open. The room SMELLED like chemical mixed with cigarette/weed I asked for a different room and it was the same smell. The shower floor was DIRTY and disgusting I had to buy Désinfectant and a bath mat so I can step in to take showers. they asked me for a 100usd deposit. very inconvenient. no hair dryer in the room I had to ask for one. the towels smelled like they've been washed just with water, no detergent at all! the breakfast had bad milk, like clumpy and bad smell and one day they run out of milk. there were apples that looked 3 weeks old the 2 days they put them out during our 7 night stay . that being said the staff (not the manager) tried to be helpful.

We booked a room for 6, and the room only had 2 queen beds, no pull-out. This room was accommodating for 4 and not 6 and the property should not book groups larger than 4 for these rooms. The breakfast had rotten milk and expired yogurt. The front desk had no band-aids. Pool closed.
It was close to the Highway.
The room was not clean, there was food caked onto the inside of the kitchen drawers, the microwave had visible rust on the doorframe that could get into food, every wall had chunks of paint taken out of them, the shower floor was black from dirt residue. Staff was unprofessional when the unhygienic status of the room was brought to their attention.

The roaches. The mean staff and rude staff, it was too much to even count. Will never stay here again. They upgraded me without telling me I’d have to move the next day, then they called the next morning at 8 to tell me to get ready to move at 12. My whole stay here was just very very bad. Very bad. Will not be staying in hotels anymore due to these issues I suffered here
The most disgusting hotel room i’ve ever slept in!
As we made our way to our room, the hotel hallways reeked of smoke and marijuana. Our “clean” room was littered with hair absolutely everywhere! It was absolutely disgusting! The restroom may look nice but the floors were full of dirt, dust, and hair. The shower wall was covered in hair as well. The towels had stains on them. The bed sheets had stains on them too, and you guessed it — more hair! Makes you question if they even cleaned this room in the first place. The only reason we endured this is because they wouldn’t allow us to cancel our reservation! Checked in and checked out feeling disgusted and disappointed. Please educate yourself on basic hygienic standards!
