Overall it was a good experience and I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to other people.

It was a lovely hotel. Very nice and spacious.

Terrible had to cancel my reservation and was stuck looking for a place to stay with my family.
Pros:

Front Desk person was very helpful and understanding of the reasons for cancelation. The front desk person was way more helpful then the person I spoke with from booking.com. I was on hold with booking.com for at least 45 minutes just to be told they had to submit my request to cancel. The front desk person was able to speed up the process.

Cons:

Rooms were definitely not what was posted on the booking.com photos. There was bodily fluids and hair on the sheets of both beds, recliner had trash, fridge had dried liquids and you could tell it hadn't been cleaned, room provided was not what I reserved. Needless to say I will never trust booking.com for reservations. Our whole afternoon was lost dealing with the customer service and finding another place to stay for what was supposed to be our vacation. Very disappointed.

The staff was pleasant when needing assistant.

Cons:

The TV was not working. This was addressed the moment I arrived and was not fixed. This made my stay difficult with children on a rainy day.

But aside from that, the false advertisement made it very less pleasant. We had a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge, etc. There was no kitchenware. There was no pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, soap, etc. Maybe we were to request these items?

Be prepared to go out to eat in the morning. Breakfast consists of coffee, creamer, muffins, oatmeal with hot water. Understandable if you have a kitchen. An unfurnished kitchen.

Cons:

The way it was kept, how the room looked and the cleaning signs they had posted. I’ve managed a HK department and what they used to cleaned can be bought from a dollar tree and not facility required sanitation supplies

Couldn't stay. Lamps didn't work. Couldn't see the bed to make sure there were no critters. Roaches crawling around. No refund was given and I was only there for an hour
