Nothing. The location was the only perk.
Between the old appliances that were rusted (refrigerator), dirty towels with limited supply of replenishment, stains on both couch and chairs, trash left from previous stays and fighting cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen area, I would never stay here again. If I could give a negative review I would.

Shower fixtures could be replaced with new ones shower head and bathtub spout. But overall excellent
The front desk person was nice
The room had wet towels, missing drawer, bathroom had just a lightbulb by itself, the fire alarm was covered by a bag, the wall paint was different colors and falling off. Breakfast was just oatmeal in a bag, hot water and a muffin. The room had no utensils or anything not even a teapot

Desde el check in, la persona que me atendió tenía una mala actitud, las habitaciones en condiciones deplorables, la limpieza pauperrima, las sabanas con muchisimas manchas y cabellos y olían bastante a humedad, casi ninguna luz funcionaba, había suciedad en todas partes, y lo peor fue que el techo estaba goteando y tenía una burbuja llena de agua justo a lado de la cama y al solicitar un cambio nos dijeron que estaban todos llenos, que podían ofrecernos cambiarnos de habitación pero que el único inconveniente era que NO servía el baño, ni que decir del "desayuno", ni siquiera tenía lugar específico para el desayuno, era a lado del front desk y solo era café y un pan, lo único rescatable es la ubicación pero de ahí horrible experiencia, no volvería ni como última opción.
The pool was clean and the outside of the building was maintained. Dee, she had amazing people skills, customers service was excellent! She worked efficiently and effectively. If not for her working with us, we would have left.
When we arrived our room smelled heavily of smoke (I did ask for a non smoking room). The sheets on the sofa bed didn't look as if they were washed. The sofa cushions had unknown stains on them. We did bring up all these issues and Dee, who works the front was apologetic and very understanding, she gave us another room as quickly as she could.
