It was close to the hospital
Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

The way it was kept, how the room looked and the cleaning signs they had posted. I’ve managed a HK department and what they used to cleaned can be bought from a dollar tree and not facility required sanitation supplies

Didn't stay
Pros:

Couldn't stay. Lamps didn't work. Couldn't see the bed to make sure there were no critters. Roaches crawling around. No refund was given and I was only there for an hour

My room got mixed with the wrong one for the amenities I asked for. And I found a bed bug on the roll out bed. They did change my room the next day.

It was ok once I was changed to a different room.
Pros:

Once I was transferred to a different room wax much much better.

Cons:

The original room I was placed in was very damaged. Stains in the bathroom and sink. Phone cord pulled off the wall. Smelled like someone had been smoking in the room for a long time.

Probably worst experience with staff and all over experience..

Before we had all the bad, was ok on size.

Cons:

Right off the bat front desk lady was depressing. “Why’d you come here “ with attitude. Literally found drugs in the room. Tons of mold in the shower. Microwave dirty, carpet stained everywhere. Lights out. Front desk didn’t seem to urgent about us finding potential heroine in the room while we have a child with us.

False fire alarm stay scare

Well as soon as we parked fire alarm was going off & loud therefore once we entered room there was no trash cans, no clean towels, no soap & dirty towel hanging in bathroom also bed had broken leg. When we got there and alarm was going off girl couldnt get it to turn off and she looked like housekeeping person not front clerk therefore she explained her boss was on vacation & she was new but she seemed to be stressed she also explained to others what had happened (guy got mad & pulled alarm because she had kicked him out & he got mad & pulled fire alarm & left) so don't knw if I will stay again maybe but I'm not sure. Also no police or fire department showed up at all.

Le personnel a été plutôt agréable

Cons:

La propreté… nous sommes arrivés dans une première chambre, le lit était à moitié fait, pas de draps et pour ceux présents, ils étaient sales, le sol aussi. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, l’hôtesse d’accueil nous a trouvé une autre chambre très rapidement. Cette fois ci, c’était un peu mieux, le lit était fait mais un logement qui est resté figé dans les années 90, pas de pression dans la douche et des serviettes de bain pas très propres. Bref je ne recommande vraiment pas. Nous avons fait d’autres logements au même prix lors de notre voyage et ils étaient nettement mieux.
