Days Inn by Wyndham Lehi

Few towels and soap/shampoo amenities.
TV remote did not work.
The key deactivated at 10 am following day while I went to get coffee.
Elevator did not work after checking out from 3rd floor, hallway was hot and suffocating and had to call my family to talk to front desk. Meanwhile I was sweating in front of elevator until they got it working.

advertised continental breakfast was coffee and instant oatmeal. advertised pool was a hole in the ground. it was dirty and had mold in the room. sheets were so old they just fell off the bed. mattress was old and sunk in the middle. the sink drain did not work because the pull was installed wrong and could not be pulled up or down.

The parking was a little tight but found a spot near the entrance. Also my room needed toilet paper

The breakfast was bad. When we arrived, there was a nice Breakfast area with a small fridge. When we went to Breakfast the next morning, we were surprised. There was only packages of instant Oatmeal cereal and Coffee. the nice small fridge was completely empty. I asked the front desk if they had any milk for the cereal or bread and the answer they gave we was "We only have oatmeal and Coffee." Since we were traveling in family, we had to make a run to McDonalds.

We skipped breakfast. It was lighter than we expected.
Would have been nice to be able to get ice
A laundry bag would have been very helpful

One of the lights didn't work and there were some black ants in a corner of the room.

Śniadanie beznadziejne , pan w recepcji od razu zaznaczył ,że to tylko ,, lekkie śniadanie,, , potem okazało się co miał na myśli -czyli wodnista kawa i płatki owsiane , które można było zalać tylko ciepłą wodą , zero mleka, zero pieczywa , nic ...Hotel przy głośnej autostradzie i ogólnie za ponad 100$ nie polecam

They put breakfast away before the time it was supposed to be served till. They charged extra fees after checked in then they told me I would get the extra charges refunded when I checked out. They never refunded my money and the manager told me it was a pet fee after that and no one ever asked if we had pets they just charged me when I tried to explain this to the manager he was rude and threatened me and told me that the customer is never right and refused to refund the extra charges. I had to call my bank and explain what happened to them to get my money back. I have always had problems with the days in by Wyndham chain. I tried calling booking.com to deal with this but this site sucks also.
