Location, room was spacious and nice.
The bed was a little too soft for me. I asked for 30 minute later check out at 11:30. Three different times I was told to ask someone else.
The employees were helpful but could not solve my problem.
There was a light breakfast option. It was oatmeal. Oatmeal was fine. But there were no spoons, no measuring cups for getting the correct amount of water and no napkins. Also, I very large joined us at breakfast. Then the floor had not been swept for a while. I know this because, even though I did not try the oatmeal on the second day, I wanted some apple juice and the same garbage was on the floor.

A/C was leaking water in the room and Breakfast should not be advised as such with bare minimal offering

The entrance looked rough and the staff were not very friendly.

The room was not clean and smelled bad. There was no breakfast or a hot tub, which were listed as amenities. The price was very high.
Swiftness of getting checked in without any issues and the staff was very professional without being judgemental towards myself or my significant other.
The location but I would accept the trade off for the benefits any day of the week.
Kept deposit got in from running from down south up got in at 12:30am said we damaged a sheet 🤣 never even looked at room last time I stay at one of their hotels
