Estancia en Red Deer, Alberta, CA.
Pros:

En este hotel ya nos hemos alojado y nos gusta porque es muy práctico y cómodo. Y está cerca de donde nos movemos en Red Deer. Tiene alberca y el desayuno es muy bueno. Cerca de un centro comercial Bower muy cómodo.

bed was comfy, maintenance man very helpful and quick in fixing our lock on room (wouldn't open...battery dead), good options for breakfast,

We booked with your hotel for the hot tub...... at arrival NO HOT TUB ..... website says there is a hot tub. Couldn't use pool because there was 25 kids in area with no adult supervision (guessing sports teams) running around/ splashing and screaming. Then later in the night kids were in the center open area being loud outside our room, no adult supervision. Just think if sports teams are staying you need rules that adult supervision is a must,

Poor quality for such high price per night.
Pros:

Staff was the best part of this hotel !

Cons:

Dirty ! Room had very unpleasant & unusual odor, rugs in hallways & room need to be changed.
Taps - finish tarnish, every time you flush toilet it would bubble , we didn't know if it was going to back up.
Outside can see areas where siding was broken.
Bathroom floor creaked & moved when you walked on it.

Don't let the small and dated outside fool you. I was pleasantly surprised with the inside.
Pros:

Beds and pillows were excellent. Large room. Friendly staff. Didn't use the pool but will when I come back in March. Room is basic but clean. Convenient location

Cons:

A little dated but better inside than I expected looking at the outside. Could use a bigger TV
