Beds are confort,but insulation is bad, you can hear others talking on the hall way in the morning.

I ask a room with tub, they do give me a washroom with tub, but the tub has no plug. When I ask for changing other washroom with functional tub, they said they only have washroom with shower. But they don't reply to me for my requirement when I book it. Otherwrise I willn't book it. The stairs are dirty. In the next morning, the front dest staff said we have to wait one hour for the next shuttle bus because we didn't book prior. Just when we are going to book a Uber, the shuttle bus show up front the hotel and only one quest reservied it. I don't know why the staff didn't confirm with the drive before answering us. These experience just let me feel the management of the hotel is bad and the front dest staffs are not supportive. A/C is very noisy. However, meal service are good, room are clean, beds are confort,

Pros:

The hotel kept debiting my account. I had to complain befor they reversed one of the debits. The other line took more than a month for me to get refund after several visits and complaint.

Cons:

They should have stayed professional and not debit my card multiples times exceeding how much I was expected to pay.
