I suggest someone speak with said male manager about his behaviour.
Cons:

Everything was great considering we were there a week collectively. Up until the last night a male staff member I believe is a manager. (30’s - Indian) He wasn’t there nor had we seen him our entire stay but he made myself and my family feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Immediately followed us around, made sure to see what we drove and whenever we went to the pool or my husband went for a cigarette, again followed. I understand staff doing their rounds but this was very excessive. To the point our son even mentioned it. At one point my parter said the manager was on our floor even though we never had any complaints. Being bias against guest just because of their appearance does align with yours and / or because of their skin colour is so egregious. No other staff member had any issues what so ever and were nothing but welcoming, helpful and overall lovely. Nor did we even see any other managers behave this way.

Won’t be back. Turned me off Toronto!
Pros:

Pool was very nice. I got in at 7:30 am, the person cleaning it was not friendly or even courteous, left the skimmer blocking the handrails and vacuum running on the bottom for thirty minutes. I had to ask the security guard if it was safe to use the pool.

Cons:

Stayed once before and liked it. None of bkft staff or cleaning people said hello or even looked one in the eye. The food was fair. You had to grab it fast and fight for a seat. My daughter and I could not eat in the same room!

Pros:

I liked how it was close to the trains.

Cons:

There were not many options for breakfast and no Water.no option for filling up a bottle also and couldnt sleep well at night as the AC keeps turning off and on again and it gets hot.It was annoying.
