I always enjoy Swissötel. There are always looking to satisfy your every need. Eduardo, the concierge, is most helpful in making the stay and service enjoyable.
We had an amazing stay Swissotel Quito! The hotel is beautiful & clean and has lots of different options for restaurants in the area. The staff is extremely friendly and is proficient in English. Eduardo and Eveylen were both very helpful and did a great job to make it an awesome experience.
Overnight stay here only following our National Geographic Lindblad Islander II expedition to Galapagos (see separate review). This hotel was part of our expedition package. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. We had a quick dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast buffet the next morning. Service from reception and restaurant excellent.
Wonderful hotel with lovely, friendly staff. The pool area and outdoor garden area are particularly nice and make you feel like you are not in the middle of the city. The rooms are very big and the bathrooms feel very high-end. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with so many fresh and delicious foods to try. A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
Excellent support by Camila at the front desk. Camila is very valuable not only to the customers that stay at the hotel but also to entire Swiss hotel Quito family and organization. Camila is very detailed and always briefs her customers on what the Swiss hotel has to offer to include the lounge, Gym access, and yeah, Spa.
When I come to the Swiss Hotel in Quito, I really value Camila’s service. Again she’s a great credit to the Swiss hotel family.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. This hotel has everything, 5 restaurants. A gym. A pool, a spa. It's amazing. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The first room they gave me had a connecting door and I could hear the guests in the other room so I asked to change and it was no problem.
The rooms are not very well insulated so you can hear the traffic outside and the other guests. But I would say it is common in other hotels in Quito so nothing major.

Love my experience
We joined another couple for a special anniversary trip and stayed at this hotel the first few nights. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had with so many delicious choices. We want to especially acknowledge the concierge Eduardo who went over and above in booking us a private driver to take us to see several wonderful site, gave us several restaurant recommendations plus helped us get reservations even at late hours. We would absolutely recommend staying here.
