Pros:

Hotel je v hezké čtvrti a v docházkové vzdálenosti od nádraží i od centra. Byly jsme n místě dřív, tak jsme zkusili poprosit o dřívější check-in a bylo nám vyhověno. Pokoj byl fajn, postele velice pohodlné. Koupelna dost prostorná a mají krásně měkké ručníky. Personál hotelu byl až na jednoho recepčního moc milý a usměvavý. Na snídaních byl obrovský výběr všeho možného. V lobby je k dispozici voda a ovoce po celý den.

Cons:

Je hezké, že chce být hotel ekologický, takže na pokoji nemáte žádný papír s infem ohledně Wi-Fi, check-outu, snídani atd. Místo toho je tam na jedné kartičce uvedené, že veškeré info najdete v TV v menu. TV jsem problikala několikrát, ale nikde jsem nic takového nenašla. Takže o heslo k Wi-Fi jsem šla poprosit na recepci, kde jsem ho dostala na papírku. U sprchy nefungovala sprchová hlavice, voda tekla jen ze stropní hlavice. Chtělo by to pečlivě vysát, podlaha nebyla úplně čistá.

Excellent modern hotel close to Porta Garibaldi
Pros:

The staff were excellent; particularly the front desk team. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was really good for getting to central Milan and Brera and out to Monza and Linate.

Cons:

The bar closed at 11 which is unusual for an international hotel. One coffee pod and no complimentary bottled water in the room seems a bit mean. The fridge in our room was unplugged. The room was good but its just a double room - not really a 'junior suite'.

La restaurant est vraiment pas top et l’emplacement à côté d’une boîte de nuit est à fuir pour les we. Très bien pour la gare mais nous n’étions pas sécurisé de partir tôt le matin
