Pros:

The air condition was leaking water all over the night and the toilette flusher needed maintenance
The remain of the other rooms meales were in the coridor for more than 18 hours as well as few plastic bags with garbage
The front desk was informed at 8:00 AM but till 10:00 my departure time no action were took

A very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Unfortunately, nothing stood out in a positive way.

Cons:

The reception staff was unprofessional and lacked proper communication skills. Many basic items that are usually included in hotels required additional payment. The room did not match the photos at all; it was much smaller and missing essential amenities. The bathroom facilities were also not in good condition. When we raised our concerns, the response was disrespectful, which made the experience even worse.
