L'emplacement près d'un quartier très animé. La taille des chambres et le confort de la literie. La présence d'une piscine (mais pas chauffée).
Certains espaces communs et chambres (la nôtre entre autres) nécessiteraient des rénovations : moquette du couloir usé par endroit ; carrelage de notre salle de bain descellé à plusieurs endroits ce qui rendait le sol instable et bruyant, bonde du lavabo ne fermait pas complètement....Par ailleurs pour les lits jumeaux, il n'y avait qu'une seule prise près d'un des lits et l'autre n'avait rien à proximité.
Enfin, sans aïe cela soit de la faute de l'hôtel, le samedi soir a été très bruyant, on entendait des sons de basse très forts jusqu'à minuit dans notre chambre au 9eme étage (boîte de nuit près de l'hôtel ?).

La politica dell' hotel....ho chiesto due camere comunicanti da un mese prima, l' ho richieste nuovamente tre giorni prima quando mi hanno addebitato il costo delle camere, ma ogni volta hanno risposto che dovevano controllare la disponibilità solo una volta arrivati (potevano soddisfare la mia richiesta al momento del pagamento ma non lo hanno fatto)

Friendly staff. Near to favourite places.
La posizione. Centralissima e vicino a due stazioni. Zona ricca di centri commerciali, supermercati e posti dove poter mangiare. A 20 min a piedi dalle Petronas Towers.
Zona molto trafficata e quindi un po' rumorosa per le camere che sporgono sulla strada principale.
Abbiamo apprezzato la piscina con acqua fresca per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata al caldo di KL.
Camera con arredamento troppo scuro per i nostri gusti e con un edificio enorme in fronte. Però grazie a quell'edificio avevamo fresco in camera anche senza accendere l'aria condizionata. Colazione con pochissime opzioni vegane. Abbiamo comunque apprezzato la disponibilità dei cuochi che un giorno ci hanno cucinato un riso fritto con verdure.
