Mi hotel favorito en Lima
Pros:

Fuimos al Swissôtel para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas y, como siempre, fue una experiencia excelente. Es, sin duda, mi hotel favorito en Lima. Todo tiene un nivel muy alto y siempre me siento muy cómoda ahí.

La habitación era muy espaciosa y acogedora. La cama y la ropa de cama son increíbles, de esas que hacen que uno se relaje apenas se acuesta. El baño es grande, muy limpio, con muchísimos espejos y un diseño que se ve realmente lujoso. La bañera es muy cómoda y la presión de agua es espectacular. Siempre que me quedo en este hotel lleno la tina porque realmente vale la pena. Incluso las habitaciones clásicas hacen que uno sienta que está viviendo una experiencia de mucho lujo.

Aunque ahora es invierno en Lima, las dos piscinas estaban abiertas, la interna y la externa, además del jacuzzi. Todo funcionaba perfectamente. También pedimos room service y recomiendo mucho la Swiss Local Burger con guacatay, estaba deliciosa.

El desayuno buffet también nos encantó. Había mucha variedad y todo se veía muy fresco. El personal era muy amable y siempre ofrecía café con leche o té en la mesa. Me gustaron mucho los mini tamales, el pan con chicharrón que uno puede preparar a su gusto con salsa criolla, y también los dulces, especialmente unos con crema pastelera y arándanos que estaban tan ricos que terminé comiendo tres. Si tienen la opción, recomiendo elegir la tarifa con desayuno incluido porque realmente vale la pena.

Quiero destacar especialmente al personal. En recepción siempre son muy amables, educados y te hacen sentir bienvenido. Lo mismo con el equipo de room service: muy rápidos, serviciales y atentos. Pero lo que más me llama la atención es la forma en que hablan y tratan a los huéspedes. Se nota que el hotel elige muy bien a su personal. Siempre responden con mucha educación, elegancia y respeto. La verdad, en algunos momentos sentía que no estaba en Perú, sino en otro país por el nivel de atención que recibimos.
