Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le personnel agréable et discret. Il y a plusieurs piscine. Les piscines extérieures sont avec de l'eau salée, ce qui brûle pour les enfants qui jouent la tête sous l'eau. Nous avons finalement trouvé une piscine intérieure sans sel et tout le monde était content. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était impressionnant et bon.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif était le monde, tant au petit déjeuner qu'à la piscine, c'était dur de trouver une place...

Lovely hotel perfect location
Pros:

Big hotel breakfast very busy,had to wait 20 mins for a coffee,food was excellent,kept getting hounded by staff for my room number which made me a bit annoyed and then security concious

Cons:

The slowness of service in the restaurant,room service was the way forward but not ideal

Stunning view!
Pros:

Great and comfortable room with stunning view over the ocean! Cannot be better. Only this was already worth the stay. Very good facility over all with all necessary standards.

Cons:

The food and the drinks in the pool bar did not meet our expectations, very basic quality. There is much potential to make it a nice holiday atmosphere. Also the staff is not really caring, very impersonal.

Pros:

Traveling as parents with a 10-year-old daughter, we always hope to find a place where everyone feels happy — and this hotel gave us exactly that.

After long days exploring the beauty of Madeira, it felt wonderful to return to a spacious, comfortable, and spotless room. The late breakfast until 11am was a real gift after our hiking adventures, and the selection was excellent every day.

The views are simply breathtaking, and the evenings became some of our favorite family memories, especially the live entertainment with local food, the rooftop fireworks, and the music.

A special thank you to Pedro for his kindness and helpful advice, and to the lovely lady at breakfast who also leads the aqua aerobics classes and starts every morning with a smile.

This was more than a hotel stay — it became part of our Madeira memories. We left with full hearts and hope to return one day.

Pros:

Hotel espaçoso e confortável. Óptimas zonas de piscina e acesso ao mar. Excelente pequeno almoço. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Staff simpático. Boa localização.

Cons:

O tubo do nosso chuveiro estava estragado e tivemos de pedir por duas vezes na recepção em alturas em que nos ausentamos do hotel para efetuarem o seu arranjo - o qual foi de facto entretanto feito tendo o problema ficado resolvido.
O parque de estacionamento que é gratuito para hóspedes precisa de ser renovado e limpo.

No entanto estas duas questões não mudam o facto de termos tido uma óptima estadia e de pretendermos ficar novamente instalados neste hotel numa próxima visita à Madeira.
