Few day in Madrid. Picked this Hotel from Barcelo’s APP and that was so good. Quiet location, perfect transportation.
Pros:

Perfect and quiet location. Easy to get there and easy to travel anywhere from the Hotel. Chamartin station just 2 min walk, so very easy to travel with Metro. The Hotel is very clean, our room was so fancy and comfortable. Breakfast 10/10, staff also superb. Just recommend Barcelo, well done!

Inconsistent WiFi around hotel and long wait times for service by pool / outdoor area
Cons:

The WiFi was poor and inconsistent, and they clearly had staffing issues round the pool as sometimes it would take an hour for you to be served. When I raised this issue the hotel done nothing about it. Wouldn’t stay again

Pros:

Veľmi pekný dizajn a celkový feeling - cítil som sa príjemne (preto 9) až na niektoré skutočnosti, príjemný bazén, francúzske okná v izbe. Poloha je dobrá, ak potrebujete Chamartin stanicu.

Cons:

Celkovo hotel nezodpovedá 5* štandardom: personál nie je (mimo recepcie) veľmi príjemný/nápomocný, nebol možný ani first check-in ani last check-out, na izbe nie je kávovar len kanvica (počas 4 dňového pobytu nám neboli doplnené ani len tie instantné kávy!), nebol doplnený vanity kit, niektoré zariadenie je už na izbách opotrebované, na raňajkách sa nedopĺňajú pravidelne niektoré produkty a každý deň je rovnaká ponuka.

Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia. La atención en front desk fue excepcional, todos amables. Las camas y almohadas eran extremadamente cómodas, si las vendieran, las compraría. Muy limpio todo y el hotel contaba con todos los servicios necesarios.

Cons:

Que no está tan cerca de lugares turísticos aunque es fácil moverse en metro y tren desde ahí

no response to request for invoice
Pros:

This hotel ignores emails about invoices requested at checkout (now two weeks ago). For business trips, no invoice means no reimbursement. Once you’ve paid and left, they don’t seem to care about their guests at all.
