Room was spacious and clean, shower was great, breakfast was exceptionally good, quick walk to Chamartin station

Bar staff….. slow, non existent.
Pool/table service call system pointless as no-one ever comes.
Roof top bar was always closed.
Breakfast was slow service and long wait times for eggs or pancakes whilst the other buffet was empty and not restocked.
Coffee is awful !
Club sandwich was really nice.
Not the five star service we expected.
Friendly staff, clean and tidy.
Poor service. Took to long and when pressing the service button either no one came and you had to find someone or you had to wait ten minutes for some to show up. Don’t have a call system if you can’t staff it.
We loved the pool , the bar areas and the themed musical / disco - was great

I was just there for one night due to its proximity to Madrid Barajas airport. It was a convenient C1 Cercanias train ride (part of Renfe, NOT the Metro subway) from nearby Chamartín station to Terminal 4 at airport. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating to give me early checkin.
Very impressed, this hotel really did think of all the little things for the whole family. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others
El hotel está muy limpio, fue lo que más nos gustó junto con la atención del personal de recepción. El detalle de los instrumentos es genial y la ambientación muy divertida.
Aunque tenga 5 estrellas hay detalles bastante mejorables: toallas gastadas, ruidos de limpieza y arrastrar muebles desde por la mañana temprano, no repusieron el jabón ni el albornoz cuando lo pedí... Una lástima.
