We are delighted to announce the renovation of the Hotel Metropole Geneva. The constructions will be organized in order to maintain the operations of our hotel, which has a really important place in the hearts of the Genevans.
All possible solutions are in place to minimize any inconvenience during your stay.

After the rooms and meeting spaces, it's now time to redesign our restaurant and bar and offer you a unique experience in Geneva as of next year. While our outlets are closed, a complimentary Hospitality Lounge is available for our in-house guests and offers self-serviced drinks and finger foods . The in-room dining is available around the clock, as well as the MET Rooftop (except during seasonal closing) . Our concierge team, true destination expert, will be happy to suggest partner restaurants suiting your tastes just a few steps from the hotel, located in the heart of downtown.
Please note that the hotel entrance, Quai du Général Guisan, as well as our valet parking service, will remain available throughout the renovation period.
We look forward to welcoming you in the reinvented Metropole!Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

تجربة مخيبة للآمال وتضيق الصدر، ولا تمت للفنادق الفاخرة بصلة أبداً 👎

حجزنا جناح وغرفة إضافية في هذا الفندق لعائلتي ومعنا الوالدة الله يحفظها، وكنا متوقعين تجربة فخمة ومريحة على مستوى السعر، لكن للأسف قلبت السفرة نكد وتعب نفسي وجسدي.
في وقت حجزنا كان الجو في جنيف حار جدًا، وتفاجأنا أن التكييف تعطل طول فترة السكن! كانت حرارة الغرف بالنهار شيء لا يطاق، كتمة وعرق وتعب، والوضع كان مرهق جداً وغير آمن على الوالدة وصحتها.
ولما كلمنا الإدارة، لا هم اللي حلوا المشكلة وصلحوا التكييف، ولا اللي فكروا يعطونا حل بديل ومحترم، كل اللي سووه إنهم جابوا لنا مروحة عادية ما كانت لها أي قيمة..
موضوع إني أدفع مبلغ كبير في فندق خمس نجوم عشان أرتاح وأريح عائلتي كان عكسي للأسف وشيء ما ينسكت عنه.
الزبدة كانت تجربتي مزعجة ولا أتمناها لأي أحد أبدًا، فنصيحتي للي يشوف تعليقي هذا ووده يرتاح هو وعائلته بتجربة سفر مميزة أنه يشوف له مكان آخر ويشتري راحة باله.

Slow service, good location
Pros:

Great location but, given the price,the service was not up to par, sadly. Took ages to get room cleaned by housekeeping, laundry arrived back a bit late, documents sent to front desk not handed over in timely fashion. Our room was tiny and didn’t have a view but am sure that’s a question of cost. Next time I’d rather have a bigger room in a more affordable hotel.
