I had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the amazing staff for making my trip so enjoyable.

A special thank you to Ms. Nacky at the front desk. After a 24-hour journey, I was exhausted, and she was incredibly kind and understanding. She made my check-in quick and seamless, which I truly appreciated. She also reminded me of all the hotel benefits I was entitled to, which I had completely forgotten. Her professionalism and thoughtful service made a great first impression.

I would also like to thank Ms. Gade at the front desk for her warm and polite service during check-out. She made sure everything went smoothly and genuinely cared that I had a wonderful stay.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. The bell staff were especially helpful, and their service was impressively fast.

We have stayed at the various Intercontinental Hotel in the Asia Pacific. We rate Intercontinental Hotel (Bangkok, 973 Phloen Chit Road, Lumpini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330) as the best hotel as compare with the rest in the Asia Pacific.

We were here for business and leisure.

The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its outstanding staff. I want to express my sincere gratitude for their exceptional service. They are remarkably helpful, deeply caring, and consistently deliver warm, personable service that makes you feel genuinely welcome and this truly set this hotel apart from others.

Example:
When we called the front desk about an issue with the room hairdryer, the very first thing the staff asked was, "Are you alright?" That genuine care and thoughtfulness instantly warmed our hearts.

On the night of our arrival, we faced severe flight delays. Despite the late hour, both our driver and the hotel greeting staff waited patiently for us, offering sincere words of concern the moment we boarded the hotel transfer—a gesture that truly touched us.

To top it off, our luggage was delayed and lost by the airline. Exhausted and overwhelmed, we were met at the hotel with seamless, expedited check-in and escorted straight to our room. The relief we felt was immense. The entire Club team continued to follow up and support us until our bags finally arrived the next afternoon.

Navigating these travel mishaps would have been daunting without their exceptional hospitality. Thanks to their unwavering support, we were able to focus and carry out a seamless business meeting.

I want to give a special shoutout to the housekeeping staff. On July 19th, they surprised me with a wonderful birthday room setup. After dealing with a terrible airline trip, their kind and thoughtful gesture truly saved my birthday and cheered me right up. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The Location
Superb. It is convenient to all the shopping mall, leisure place, etc.

The Atmosphere
Atmosphere and MoodPace: A slow, quiet energy where time feels unhurried and peaceful.
Comfort: Plush seating and open spaces that invite you to sit and breathe.
Service: Gentle, polite, and smooth without feeling stiff or overly formal.

Rooms:
The room is elegant and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, a large bathroom with fully functional equipment, and perfect lighting.
Comfort & Space: Large, elegant layout with a cozy bed.
Climate & Ambiance: Strong air conditioning and ideal lighting.
Facilities: Spacious bathroom with everything working properly.

Value:
We have stayed in many excellent hotel. This hotel has always been my top 3 hotels because of the human connection as the staff makes you feel at home. It is definitely value for money.

Cleanliness
The hotel is clean. The housekeeping team did an excellent job in maintaining the room, restroom clean. The technician has maintain the air-conditioning, the phone and lighting are working well, the furniture are well taken

I found my new home at Intercontinental Bangkok. The breakfast team was exceptional as they prepared lactose-free meals that were tasty for me. They served fruits and dips that made my work days less stressful. They also served with a smile and chatted with guests sincerely.

We are always happy to return to the Intercontinental Bangkok. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have only had a wonderful experience. The club lounge is a terrific place as all the staff are most attentive. We always you the hotel car service and always a joyful experience to see “F”. What a pleasant man and so very helpful. Having a representative to meet and to assist with airport issues is so very helpful and we greatly appreciate this added service.

One of our high points is dining at the Summer Palace restaurant. The food is exceptional and the service is even better. Always we have had a wonderful meal at this establishment. In short, we have found this hotel as one of the finest within the Intercontinental chain.

We appreciate the pleasant attitudes of the staff at this hotel, couldn’t imagine a nicer group of people.

Stayed for my birthday and was thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect – right next to BTS and major malls. The room was spotless and comfortable.
The Club Lounge is easily one of the best in Southeast Asia. Breakfast stands out with both a rich buffet and à la carte options like Japanese set meals and steak. Evening cocktails are a nice bonus too.
They surprised me with a birthday cake, and at checkout gave me lovely souvenirs – a fan and postcards. A big thank you to Uma and the entire lounge team – their warmth and attentiveness made my stay extra memorable.
I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Intercontinental Hotel Bangkok is a must place to stay when in Bangkok.
Location is across the road to CentralwOrld shopping centre and next to Chitlom BTS. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the most efficient and friendly staff and the excellent service level extends to all members of staff throughout the hotel.
The rooms are large and clean with all amenities needed and the bedding is of high quality.
We had Club Lounge Access and utilised the Club Room for Breakfast, High Tea and evening drinks and canapé's. We also had breakfast in the main breakfast area at Espresso Restaurant as there was more variety to choose from.
We only had one dinner at the hotel and that was at SoCal and the food was very good.
If we are coming back to Bangkok we would definitely stay here again as we could not fault any part of our stay.
We highly recommend the Intercontinental Hotel Bangkok for those who wish to have an exceptional stay whilst in Bangkok.

This is my 3rd time staying here. Excellent hotel , room is very comfy and clean. I love their breakfast here too. Chanwit and Tanapon are very friendly and helpful.

Room was great, gym and spa as well, restaurants especially So Cal, and the location is fantastic!

The service is good, especially at Espresso (breakfast). Your staff, her name is NEW, is very accommodating and helpful. She is very friendly.

Staff was very accommodating in particular with my early arrival. I understand I was lucky, but staff really helped in allowing me to use the facilities while my bedroom got ready. That allowed me to be presentable to first meetings in particular after a 12 hours flight ! Thanks to reception staff ! (And again thanks for keeping suitcase and laptop bag for a few hours before leaving !)

Early this morning, I have left the luggage to my family from India. The Bell boy is very helpful with very GREAT COURTESTY. When I asked for the message paper, he gave me the small piece of blank paper but I asked again for the larger. He gave me the A4 size with the other size of rooming list as the picture. OH MY GOD. Why would InterContinental Bangkok by IHG needs to be so frugal ?
