The place is comfortable and all the staff are helpful, especially the manager (Gabriel).

In addition, the employee (WASITA) is very helpful and efficient.

The staff were always so nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, beautiful bathrooms, and the bed was so comfy. The location was fantastic, right near all the main shops. The breakfast we had was so delicious and accomodating to many different cuisines. The hotel really made sure we were well looked after.

I would like to say a big thank you to the Club InterContinental team for always providing such fantastic customer service. A special thanks to Nutty, Keng, Ammy, Pam, and Moss for their exceptional hospitality and warm welcome.

When the team discovered that it was my birthday, they surprised me with a room upgraded me to a Junior Suite, and prepared a lovely birthday gift. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay truly unforgettable.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with a luxurious and unique atmosphere. Every detail made the experience even more special.

Location - premium quality amenities- and everything was super quick and fast. Good service

Uitermate verzorgd hotel met zeer vriendelijk en kundig personeel. De voorzieningen zijn voortreffelijk en met de toegang tot de Club Lounge geniet van net dat beetje extra wat ik eenieder zou aanbevelen. Het zwembad en sportschool zijn top alsmede de locatie en het uitzicht.

I chose to celebrate my birthday month with another stay at InterContinental Bangkok, and once again, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations.

Room: Junior Suite (Room 2227)

I arrived at the hotel around 11:00 AM for check-in. Although my suite would not be ready until the afternoon, Khun Fai 🙏🏻 (Manger at Clublounge) warmly invited me to enjoy breakfast at the Club InterContinental Lounge while the check-in process was being arranged. As always, the Club Lounge team provided impeccable service with genuine warmth and professionalism.

Since I already had plans at CentralWorld, I informed the team that there was no rush and that they could simply call me once the room was ready. At approximately 1:30 PM,🕰️I received a phone call informing me that my junior suite room was prepared.

Upon returning to the hotel, I enjoyed a delightful Afternoon Tea 🍵at the Club Lounge🏨 before heading up to my room. The selection of pastries and savory treats was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.🥯🥨🥪🫓🍞

Inside the suite, the birthday cake 🎂had not yet been set up🫣, but the room featured elegant birthday decorations on the bed by Housekeeping is great for me , along with fresh fruit and premium bottled water as part of the Ambassador welcome amenities. One of my favorite touches was the luxurious💓 Chopard bathroom amenities💓, exclusive to the suites type only . Their refined fragrance added an extra sense of indulgence throughout the stay.

The Evening Cocktail at the Club Lounge was outstanding. The food selection was generous enough to serve as a full dinner🍜🥗🍝, with excellent quality across every dish🧫. During the evening, Khun Eye 🙎🏻‍♀️ from the Butler Service team 👨‍❤️‍👨came to introduce herself and kindly checked in to ensure everything about my stay was perfect.

Later that night, I returned to my room to find a beautifully prepared birthday surprise🎂—a birthday cake along with a bottle of Champagne🍾🥂, thoughtfully arranged by the Club InterContinental team.

Khun Eye🙎🏻‍♀️ and a member of the Guest Relations teams by 🙍🏼‍♀️ (K.Rainy Gift miumiu) also presented me with a lovely purple elephant toy and a personalized engraved key card as birthday gifts. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration feel even more special.🙏🏻 Thank you

I casually mentioned that there was a faint trace of cigarette smoke 🚭in the room. Without hesitation, Khun Eye🙎🏻‍♀️ offered to bring a PANPURI aroma diffuser to freshen the suite. It was a small detail, but it perfectly reflected the team’s attentiveness and genuine desire to ensure every guest feels comfortable. Moments like these are what truly make hospitality memorable.💓💓💓

One of the highlights of this stay was joining the hotel’s Spiritual Day Tour🙏🏻🛕, a complimentary activity that takes guests on a guided walk to several beautiful temples surrounding the hotel. It was a unique and meaningful cultural experience. After the tour, I took a commemorative photo with our friendly guide—a wonderful memory to bring home.

For dinner on most evenings, there was no need to leave the hotel. The Evening Cocktail at the Club Lounge, available daily from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, offers an impressive variety of food and beverages, making it an ideal place to unwind after a busy day.

🧑‍🍳🏠On my final evening, I chose to dine at Fireplace Grill and Bar. The food was just as exceptional as I remembered. To my surprise, the restaurant team brought out a birthday cake to celebrate the occasion. I believe they knew it was my birthday because I had asked Khun Eye from the Butler Service team to help make the reservation. It was another thoughtful gesture, and I sincerely appreciate the kindness of the entire restaurant team.

Breakfast at the Club InterContinental Lounge remained one of my favorite parts of the stay. My highlights were the perfectly cooked beef steak and the grilled salmon bento set served with fried rice, all freshly prepared from the à la carte menu.

On my final day, I checked out at 12:00 PM. Since I was continuing my birthday staycation at another hotel, I did not request a late check-out.

❤️ Overall, every stay at InterContinental Bangkok reminds me why I keep coming back. The consistency, attention to detail, heartfelt hospitality, and exceptional service remain second to none. Every member of the team made my birthday celebration feel truly special, and I left with wonderful memories once again.

The location is amazing!

I will always say that among all the InterContinental Hotels in Asia, my number one will always be InterContinental Bangkok. This marks my fourth stay at the hotel, and it continues to amaze me with its consistently exceptional service, genuine emotional connections, and the sumptuous offerings at the Club Lounge.
All the staff are incredibly welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles, which truly enhances the overall experience. Each of my stays has been as comfortable as ever—the room always feels like a true home away from home.
The hotel’s location is also perfectly situated, being conveniently close to shopping malls and the BTS station, making every stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. I always feel relaxed and at ease whenever I stay here.
The entire team truly deserves to be commended for everyone’s hard work and dedication in delivering such outstanding hospitality.

Loved the experience and the breakfast every morning . The staff at the cafe is extremely polite and warm especially Chanwit.
Will come back again for the location .
