When I missed my flight, she immediately accommodated me by booking a room without any hassle, turning a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Wonderful. Staff made me feel at home and respected my privacy at the same time.

There’s a real test of a hotel’s culture: how it performs in the middle of the night, when the guest is tired and the person at the desk is on the least glamorous shift. COMO The Halkin passed it effortlessly.

The gentleman on duty, Raskmit, during my late-night check-in was warm, attentive, and completely on top of things — none of the going-through-the-motions energy you so often get on a night shift.

I also arrived with an urgent laundry request, the kind of short-notice ask that would have been a polite “I’m afraid that won’t be possible” at almost any other European hotel. Instead, he immediately put things in motion, looped in housekeeping, and we found a working solution within minutes.

These sound like small things. They aren’t. When you’ve travelled all day and finally make it to your room, the difference between being managed and being genuinely looked after is everything.

Thank you to him personally, to the housekeeping team who jumped in, and to whoever is responsible for training and coaching the staff here — the standard is visible across the board. Already looking forward to my next stay.

This was my first time staying in a boutique luxury hotel in London. I usually stay at the Giant Hotel around the corner. It was a stressful trip with many moving parts including laryngitis. I have never had the level of personal attention that I received at the COMO Halkin.
Every staff member knew my name and went out of their way to be friendly and caring. Special shout out to Morris, working in the restaurant. She immediately got everything I needed to save my voice for the week. She kept me stocked up with Shambala Tea and Berries to boost my immune system.

Love the feeling of being welcomed back and seeing the familiar faces.
Location is so convenient, I like how quiet and private the property is, very much gives a ‘if you know, you know’.

Rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable and same for the bathrooms.

My previous stays at COMO The Halkin have always been outstanding, and I truly look forward to staying again. A special thank you to Gokan, Praveen, and the entire night team for their exceptional service and strong focus on hotel and guest safety during the night, which always provides great peace of mind. Praveen, in particular, consistently goes the extra mile with professionalism and genuine care an absolute credit to the hotel. Thanks as well to Debra who is looking after us during day and night and team concierge for her kindness and support.
