Pros:

Full English was the best I have ever had out of all the hotels I have been to. Comfy bed, good facilities and really good WiFi.

Cons:

The card needs to be pressed in firmly for the lights to work; you should hear a click. The receptionist knew and advised this quickly and resolved the issue.

I have to give a shout out to Dash - she was so friendly and lovely and clearly is amazing at what she does. Not just with my family, I noticed it with other people too! She went out of her way to ensure we were looked after
