Disappointed
Pros:

The staff was run off there feet but was still lovely and welcoming. The manager was polite and friendly, staff is the only y I'm coming bk

Cons:

The breakfast was rammed waited 25 minutes to sit to eat my breakfast. The beacon wasn't cooked the eggs was slimmy there was no juice and a lot of items was empty. Not a nice experience

Handy for the M5 and and had a lovely stay
Pros:

Booked this for the family last April in order to attend mum's funeral as we live in Cornwall. Staff very supportive and helpful. Came again this year to yet another funeral. It might be nice to visit on a more pleasant occasion.
