room was very modern and clean , shower was good , breakfast was excellent
beds were not that comfortable but ok , room was warm even with a fan which needed a clean!

Good buffet breakfast with nice selection of cereals and hot food.
All the staff were very nice and friendly.
Room was fine except that it did not have any aircon and the window opened about 1 inch - not pleasant when its over 30C outside.
Could have had a slightly better selection of pastries for breakfast and maybe some cheeses.
The room was very good and all the facilities were also very good. Breakfast was a little better than very good :-)
A small refrigerator would have been appreciated.

The Aircon in the Lobby and Bar Area
No Aircon in the rooms was 35c its was like a Sauna cannot understand why a big chain like Holiday Inn would not have it in the rooms. The water in my Dads Room when he went to take a shower would not get cold only burning hot. Your website did not mention no lift to 2nd Floor I had to carry up 40kg or luggage never had to do that in any hotel chain in the World. So we will never be returning to Holiday we have learnt our lesson.
