Immaculate but a small bed
Pros:

The hotel is immaculately clean and the food was good. The free breakfast was far better than I expected. Plenty of parking including disabled parking. Very well managed and the staff were friendly and attentive. Disabled bathroom was excellent with lots of grab rails and easy to enter in a wheelchair. The one minus was the size of the bed if you are a couple. Fine if you single but it was the smallest ‘double’ bed that I have ever slept in.

Great stop over.
Pros:

Perfect location for our needs.
Exceptional staff, Muralitheran on reception is such a lovely guy and good at his job. The other staff we interacted with were great too.

We arrived in z heatwave and its a shame there's no air con in the rooms, but it was in the bar/restaurant area. There was a fan in the room though which helped.

Breakfast was good quality , with a reasonable choice for most tastes.

Convenient stay with good breakfast.
Pros:

Tea and coffee facilities in room. Good lighting. Fan provided for hot days - useful as a there was a heatwave when we stayed and window didn't open much. Location is good - within close proximity to Dover port. Breakfast hearty, cooked breakfast, fruit and pastries on offer.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking separately from stay. There was a warning sign displayed about the ensuite bathroom/toilet door - it shouldn't be designed to cause injury in first place! (My husband caught his hand on door.) Beds looked comfy but found them too hard.

Fantastic location, lovely breakfast and friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and ability to park the car at same location was great.
Breakfast was lovely and the Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Wish there were more comfy chairs to relax in whilst the bar was open in the evening.
The bed whilst wonderfully large wasn’t that comfortable and I didn’t sleep well.

Pros:

Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich.
Das Abendessen war wirklich sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück kann man als sehr gut bezeichnen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Die Zimmer sind schön groß und sauber. Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, die ein Mann weiterempfehlen kann.

Cons:

Die Lage ist natürlich nicht optimal, direkt an der Schnellstraße und an einer Tankstelle.
