Uitstekend als je onderdak dicht bij de M25 zoekt.
Pros:

We werden ontzetten warm ontvangen door de receptioniste en hadden een leuk gesprek. De kamer was modern en comfortabel, met goede bedden, alles wat we nodig hadden voor een nacht op doorreis. Het ontbijt was prima, er was een buffet met opties, zowel full English breakfast als continental. De locatie is dichtbij de snelweg, maar dat zochten we in dit geval ook. Toch hebben we er rustig kunnen slapen, we kregen een kamer aan de rustige kant.

Pros:

Lovely staff, quick and efficient - really good value overall. Tea and coffee in the rooms always appreciated. Comfy beds, clean rooms.

Cons:

Some funky smells in the hallways. Breakfast was... okay.

Fantastic welcome.
Pros:

Easy to find, ample parking.
On arrival the staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We were treated like returning friends.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.

Would definitely use again if I was travelling through.

10/10 to the reception staff.

Convenient location for my visits, staff always happy to help

Cons:

It was a very warm evening so I had the air con on all night, this was very noisy and it vibrated a lot keeping me up most of the night

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and informative. The room was very well designed, clean and comfortable. Loved the lighting system and the air con was fabulous too. There's a heater in the room incase it's too cold aswell. The breakfast was a lovely hot and cold buffet.

Cons:

The toilet paper squares were the tiniest I've ever seen. Shower was a little bit slippery, could have done with a mat and no loo brush. But for the price and other outstanding features, I'm just nit picking.

Cons:

Rooms very hot, air conditioning not working in most rooms. No bottles of water in room. Very noisy as had to have the window open for heat.
