Pros:

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also excellent and convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was disappointing. It was not as clean as I expected, the carpet was very dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. While the service and location were great, the cleanliness and comfort of the room need significant improvement.

Decent Budget Hotel but starting to get and look a little tired nowadays
Pros:

Early breakfast welcome, but why still the discrepancy in starting later on a weekend (7am rather than 6.30am on weekdays) as many peope are staying when working, not everyone is there for leisure purposes!

Karen on reception was very helpful in sorting my room requirements.

Cons:

Have all Holiday Inn Expresses turned off the air conditioning facilities this sweltering summer or are the properties just not being properly maintained? EVERY Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in recently 'doesn't guarantee' A/C in rooms - if you get one you are lucky which was the case in my case courtesy of Karen - but yet the same inflated room price remains the same.

Pros:

The bed is a very good size and very comfortable. Dove amenities are perfectly fine. The room is out from noise although just next to the motorway so all of us had a very good night sleep with a cold air-conditioner. Staff are friendly and nice.

Great location, we'll be back
Pros:

We'd booked the hotel whilst going to an event at Brands Hatch. It was about 20 mins drive to the site, which was convenient, without the premium. Plenty of disabled parking which was ideal.
The staff on reception were excellent, very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. The lady who checked us in (Karen, I think) very kindly made sure we got a quiet room on the top floor with working a/c to make us more comfortable during the heatwave.
The pizzas we had on Friday night were delicious so we went back on Saturday night for more, but unfortunately they weren't quite as good the second time.

Cons:

The a/c was too good! We had to keep turning it off until the room heated up again. And it wasn't apparent how to use the hairdryer so I reported it as broken, but apparently you have to press the small button at the top of the handle as well as using the power control switch.
