Pros:

The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone, from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant team, was warm, professional and genuinely helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location is excellent for exploring London on foot or by public transport. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality food, and the room service breakfast on my final morning was beautifully presented. Overall, the hotel offers excellent service and great value for money.

Cons:

The only disappointment came on my final morning when I found a hair in my smoothie and another in a second drink during breakfast. I reported it immediately, and while the staff handled it professionally, it was unfortunate because the breakfast experience had otherwise been consistently excellent throughout my stay. I also found the gym fairly small and limited compared to what I would expect from a luxury hotel.

Extremely welcoming
Pros:

Everyone was extremely warm and helpful, right from the doorman (Dula), the bell desk (Alex and Gabi), the concierge (Jake and John) to the housekeeping team and everyone at the front desk - thank you for your hospitality.

The Best Concierge in London is at Como Metropolitan
Pros:

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Como Metropolitan Hotel with my daughter for 5-days. I wanted to stay at this hotel because I knew the location in Mayfair across from Hyde Park was exceptional. Prior to arriving, I had requested some assistance from the Concierge team with theater tickets and dinner reservations. I began corresponding with a team member named Andrea, and I will say he was absolutely outstanding. He was flexible, patient, efficient and just a true pleasure to work with -- often offering great suggestions and options. His service was beyond amazing and that is just not easy to find these days - meeting him in person when we arrived was equally wonderful and he continued to offer wonderful services and support during our stay. Andrea's service levels alone are reason enough to stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was also very friendly. If you are looking for a great spot in London with great service -- look no further. Andrea and Como Metropolitan deliver.

Pros:

Outstanding service from the bellman Ali to the reception and concierge. Breakfast room service was delicious and we enjoyed an exquisite dinner downstairs at Nobu. I had an outstanding deep tissue massage in the spa as well. Highly recommend this hotel!
