Pros:

the room was spacious compared to other London hotels, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is in park lane.

Cons:

The value of money is not good as I think it was overpriced based to the given reservation and service.
The bed was tilted as per the design of it and there was a gap between the mattress and the board of the bed and had to fill it with something.
