Great service and perfect location
Pros:

Staff was great along with the breakfast. Breakfast was served in the Nobu restaurant area on Hermes dishwear.

Cons:

Limited electrical outlets in the bathroom. Though othewise well appointed.

A ritual of renewal
Pros:

Visiting this hotel has become a ritual for me on my way out of London. The service is consistently exceptional with thoughtful touches and customizations whenever possible. It is ideally located to enjoy the best of Hyde Park and the royal monuments after a leisurely breakfast or trip to the spa before heading out to LHR via the Piccadilly line or black cab. I love saying hello to the doorman Dula on my way in, always a warm welcome!

Superb service
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay. Highlight was the service. Id particularly like to single out Maryam, from the front desk, who helped me out with every request I had and assisted me get things I needed before I'd even thought of them. Looking forward to my next stay already.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone, from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant team, was warm, professional and genuinely helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location is excellent for exploring London on foot or by public transport. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality food, and the room service breakfast on my final morning was beautifully presented. Overall, the hotel offers excellent service and great value for money.

Cons:

The only disappointment came on my final morning when I found a hair in my smoothie and another in a second drink during breakfast. I reported it immediately, and while the staff handled it professionally, it was unfortunate because the breakfast experience had otherwise been consistently excellent throughout my stay. I also found the gym fairly small and limited compared to what I would expect from a luxury hotel.
