Perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect both from/to Heathrow airport and to the main attractions by tube or walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Pokój był duży, czysty, ale oświetlenie bardzo słabe. Łazienka przestronna, czysta.
Personel bardzo życzliwy.
Blisko przystanek autobusowy i stacja metra.

Cons:

Zbyt ciemny pokój, bo jeśli jest w suterenie to powinien mieć bardzo dobre oświetlenie.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ashburn Hotel for our end of summer London vacation.
Pros:

This was a great location for the things we planned to do-Underground nearby, walkable, close to Royal Albert Hall, V&A Museum.
Our room was small but comfortable.
The front desk staff was always helpful and cordial.
The breakfast buffet was good, although it was not included in our room cost.

Cons:

Nothing. It was great and we would stay again.

On aime bien cet hôtel mais on sent que tout est fermé fait à minima et c’est un peu d’image.
Cons:

Les équipements sont un peu vieux. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible , très peu de choix . La cafetière ne fonctionne pas et c’était déjà le cas dans un séjour précédent.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable and clean. Staff are nice. I was travelling along, a girl at reception named Adriana was so kind and offered me a lot of help.

Cons:

The drainage of the bathroom was not very good, need to he unblocked.

Found the Ashburn Hotel both comfortable and very convenient.
Pros:

We loved the position of the Ashburn. The tube was close by which made it very easy to access the sights of the city. Shops and eateries were also conveniently located nearby.
The hotel breakfast was simple but healthy and the staff friendly and helpful. It had a pleasant welcoming atmosphere not found in larger hotels.
