You won’t regret staying here !
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel in great location.
Excellent staff , Andy at front desk was super polite and very helpful with restaurant and pub recommendations. Marta , our breakfast host was friendly , professional, and offered great service

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Great location just 2 blocks from Gloucester tube station, 12 mins from Earl' Court. Lots of restaurant choices, grocery close. Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms, plenty of space. Quiet even though on a busy road. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Adriana at the front desk and Marta in the breakfast room. Delightful!

A good hotel for a stay of a few days.
Pros:

Good location, close to Underground, good value for money.

Cons:

Despite being charged twice for breakfast due to a payment terminal error—which, in theory, was not the hotel's fault—I was waiting for the money back several weeks. Finally got it but... As mentioned also in other reviews problem with water preassure.

Just what our trip needed
Pros:

The staff at the Ashburn were friendly and helpful. Especially as we were on our way out and realized that we had forgotten a pair of shoes in our room but our Uber driver had already pulled up out front. They rushed around for us ensuring that we were able to return to the states with all of the shoes we arrived with. Marta in the breakfast room was especially lovely.

We also greatly appreciated the fact that the hotel was air conditioned and the air conditioning in our room worked well. It was quite warm while we were in London and we spent each day walking all over town in the heat. It was nice to return to a cool room with a comfortable bed for a good night's rest.

We also found the hotel to be conveniently located. It is near the Gloucester Road Tube Station and we were easily able to navigate to any and all attractions that we were interested in seeing. The walk to the tube station was a very reasonable distance which was nice after days filled with much walking from one attraction/activity to another.

Cons:

There was a lovely bathtub in our room that my daughter was thrilled to see but unfortunately the hot water did not last long enough for two showers, let alone for her to fill a bath. The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit better as well. One of the bedside lamps in our room didn't work but that wasn't the end of the world.

A decent stay in London
Pros:

Typical London hotel, compact and well appointed in a nice neighborhood. Decent sized rooms, clean facilities. Any number of water bottles are provided on request. The reception staff helped with the bags, not common in European hotels. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. Naming Shishir who went out of the way to give us takeaway for breakfast on an early morning excursion.

Cons:

The tariff was a bomb. At this price, 260 GBP one gets proper 5 star rooms in most places. The included breakfast was modest, though the freshly baked bread and croissants were nice. The breakfast tables were unusually tiny, barely able to accomodate two.

Cons:

Fire alarm on first night of stay meant we were all out of our rooms for 45 mins at 2am. Letter in room next morning saying £50 refund as goodwill gesture but despite comms with booking.com and hotel direct, no refund arrived even 6 weeks later

we had a lovely trip to London the hotel made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable.
Pros:

room was everything we needed and was cleaned everyday. with clean towels everyday which was good.
Location was excellent for our plans and so much to do around.
Breakfast was very good, we took the continental which was fine for us. Staff were very kind and thoughtful.
All the staff were relaxed and pleased to help whilst maintaining a professional manner. Adriana was exceptional. And gave a warm welcome.
