L'hôtel est bien situé à Londres, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare Victoria, et à proximité de la station Pimlico.
Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées.
Nous étions un peu déçu par le petit déjeuner. Un peu plus de variété aurait été apprécié.

Good location that was close to major transport links and lovely staff at the breakfast room.
We had a small and awkwardly laid out room that was at the end of its own corridor.
A. The far side of the bed was hard to access due to small space and an air conditioner squeezed between it and the wall.
B. The window was damaged and therefore could not close. There was evidence of where staff tried to seal it with tape.
C. Due to the L shaped formation of the bathroom, if one person sat on the toilet and another were to enter, the person on the toilet would be trapped on the toilet due to the inward opening door.
D. Tight and awkward layout made it almost impossible to not knock off items in the room. There was a slight step into the bathroom that wasn’t visually marked making it easy to stub your toe.
E. Staff moving boxes into the corridor prevented us from accessing our room.
F. Staff rooms and the breakfast hall being placed on either side of the room meant that we had noise disturbances at all times of morning, day and night.
G. The room was unclean with stains in the carpet and beneath the radiator where there was evidence of leaks.
Overall the price paid was not of the value of the experience received.

It was a bit run down and the air conditioning was provided by a large loud stand-alone unit. I chose this because I stayed at Holiday Inns before but was disappointed by the standard.

They did not have a lift to the room allocated to me and as I was on crutches it was not acceptable and when I requested another room they only had one with a double bed which I had to share with my niece which was also unacceptable.
The room was dirty and needed a good clean and updating.

The toilet drainage system work well. As such, the toilet is very wet after showering. The basin is too small too.

The area was lovely, quiet, clean and easy to walk around.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out whilst we went out.

We were in the basement and our window looked out onto the bins and lock ups for housekeeping items.
We had an air conditioner in the room, which had a pipe leading out of the window. The window was taped up to cover the gap, so not secure and no privacy.
Staff were smoking in the area outside, so smoke was being drawn in by the unit. It smelled awful.
