The toilet drainage system work well. As such, the toilet is very wet after showering. The basin is too small too.

Nice area, bad room.
Pros:

The area was lovely, quiet, clean and easy to walk around.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out whilst we went out.
Breakfast had a good variety of options.

Cons:

The room! No. 103
We were in the basement and our window looked out onto the bins and lock ups for housekeeping items.
We had an air conditioner in the room, which had a pipe leading out of the window. The window was taped up to cover the gap, so not secure and no privacy.
Staff were smoking in the area outside, so smoke was being drawn in by the unit. It smelled awful.

A terrific experience and we look forward to a return visit.
Pros:

The staff team were exceptional. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and experienced very friendly, helpful and professional staff throughout our stay. It was a great experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others.

Ubicación y disposición del personal.

Cons:

Habitación demasiado estrecha (2.5 mts x3 mts), sin amoblado, sólo una repisa de 1.5 mtsx 0.15 mts), sin donde dejar la ropa, sólo en la maleta. Demasiado incómodo. Desayuno regular.

Pros:

Very overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was a total disaster. The restaurant was tiny and couldn’t accommodate everyone it was chaos tables were uncleaned and dirty no food left when we eventually got into the restaurant. There was one member of staff seeing to everything honestly she did her best but she was ran ragged poor Lady. Coffee machine wasn’t working.

Excellent staff particularly Rima in the breakfast dining area. SO kind and attentive.
Pleasant ambience all round.
Well equipped and organised room.
