-The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of.

Seguro, limpio y ubicación cómoda. Espacios muy justa en habitación, por lo cual incomodidad.

La distribución de la habitación, sin mesas laterales en cama, falta de cajoneras o mueble de baño, falta de enchufes y cargadores para celular.
2 días continuos a media tarde, estando descansando, con mucha insistencia un personal solicitaba saber si estaba conforme el aseo de la habitación.

Staff gentile e presente nel doverci cambiare camera

Cons:

Ci hanno assegnato una camera nel seminterrato. Aveva un odore fortissimo di muffa. Impossibile starci.
Dopo averlo comunicato ci hanno cambiato camera senza problemi.

Minden napi takarítás, elhelyezkedés

Cons:

Az ágy sajnos nagyon kényelmetlen volt, kicsi is, a lábam lelógott róla, de főleg a matrac volt rossz. A szobába kevés természetes fény jutott, éjszaka pedig a szomszéd lámpájának fénye beszűrődött. A hangszigetelés sem tökéletes, áthallatszott a horkolás. A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz volt. Ezek inkább kisebb kellemetlenségek voltak, az ágyat leszámítva.

Fine but not 4 star
Pros:

Friendly staff with a great location. Very clean room with a nice shower.

Cons:

Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Sheets and towels could have been nicer. The common areas of the hotel were overall clean but could do with a deep clean.
