our overall stay had both good and not so good. points.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms and breakfast room were very clean. A great location. If i came again i would want a room at the front and just a bed only.

Cons:

When booking, we requested a room on an upper floor. We were offered one on the lower ground, looking out on a wall.
I refused, as I had requested an upper floor. We were given room 512 in the attic. ( the smallest room in the house. It was so hot and claustrophobic. The air conditioner was so close to the bed that it just blew into my face. The door slamming was too much. I requested to be moved. We were moved to a bigger room, M202. It was more spacious, but the windows were opaque, looking out onto a small void, which made the room very dark. Breakfast, the food that was meant to be hot, was lukewarm. The overall breakfast was very limited.

They ripped me off. They charged me 150pounds for leaving my backpack for two nights, while they never told me in advance that there is a charge and while no one picked up the phone
