Great location and front desk staff but the housekeeping was applauding.
Pros:

Great location and very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Just a short walk from Paddington Station and only a minute from Hyde Park. The early check in was a bonus.

Cons:

House keeping was awful…changing the towels and making the bed was all that was done. There was hair in the shower, mould around the fan and stains on the chairs. House keeping also just barged in early in the mornings. Even tea and coffee had to be asked for at the front desk.

Pros:

Ideal location. Felt very safe. The staff were fantastic. Beautiful property. Fantastic cleaners

Cons:

Shower was leaking and not draining properly. Broken toilet roll holder. Creaky bed. All little things that could be better

Una estancia muy tranquila, cómoda y confortable
Pros:

El acceso, la ubicación y el baño cómodo. La ventana tiene blackout y doble aislamiento. La climatización de la habitación fue adecuada. Brindan cafecito gratis!

Cons:

La necesidad de subir por escaleras estrechas para el acceso a la habitación. Hay que subir y bajar escaleras para lograr el acceso y resulta algo difícil si se tienen varias maletas

Put out on the streets after midnight for using a vape.

Cons:

The night manager made me leave after midnight as I had vaped in the room. I'm not sure how he knew I had, so am concerned there may be cameras in the room. I didn't challenge him about it as I had vaped and I repeatedly promised to stop. There were no visible signs about vaping so I wasn't aware that I shouldn't.
His attitude was really patronising and he took everything I said with aggression. He initially said he would charge me extra for vaping, which I said would be fine. He then returned to ask me to leave with his security manager and told me to leave. It was after midnight at this point and said I would only leave if required to by the police. The police were called and they asked me to leave. I left with no argument, had a very uncomfortable night in London with no accommodation and feel very let down that a hotel could have such an aggressive and patronising night manager. I will of course be taking this up with the hotel directly.

Hyvällä ja rauhallisella paikalla sijaitseva toimiva hotelli perushyvällä aamiaisella.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli ihan perusaamiainen, mutta ihan hyvä. Oltiin valittu aamiainen mukaan huoneen hintaan. Erikseen ostettuna ei välttämättä oltaisi otettu aamiaista hotellilla joka aamu. Tila oli hieman ahdas ruuhka-aikaan. Leikkeleitä olisin kaivannut juuston lisäksi leivän päälle. Gluteentonta leipää ei ollut tarjolla, mutta tuli pyydettäessa seuraavalle aamulle, ja sitä olikin sitten tarjolla koko vierailumme ajan. Siitä kiitos. Sijainti oli hyvä. Helppo liikkua bussilla ja maanalaisella. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi ennakkotiedoista poiketen. Huoneessa oli myös toimiva ilmastointi. Nämä plussaa. Rauhallinen hotelli ja hiljainen kadunvarsi. Hyvin nukuttiin yöt. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja mukavia.

Cons:

Huone kaipaisi remonttia. Ajan patina ja käyttö näkyi huoneessa.

We were only staying one night so we were able to tolerate the negatives, but we would not want to stay again

The location was really good, the staff were lovely and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We didn’t like a green light in the middle of the ceiling above our bed, which had a piece of paper selotaped over it, but this did not stop the green glow lighting up our room while we tried to sleep. We also did not like turning the tap on to brush our teeth and lots of bits of black dirt came out with the water. The water in the sink did not drain away very quickly, it did eventually but very slowly, so obviously sink was blocked! Finally we did not appreciate work being done at 8am in the morning, drilling and banging! We appreciate work needs to be done but not before 9am in a hotel!
