Very small room, Double bed not a king size.
Breakfast was odd... Beef and chicken sausages!!!! Turkish Bacon!!! Scrambled eggs on toast was my choice

Lo bonito que es el Hotel y lo bien ubicado que está.

Cons:

No hay productos de aseo (solo jabón de manos) y estando en un sitio en el que casi todo el mundo llega en avión y hay muchas cosas que no te dejan llevar...por lo menos que las tuvieran bajo demanda, pero ni aún así.

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff were helpful.
Bed comfortable.

Cons:

No Air Conditioning in room on first night when temperatures were exceptionally high. We were not informed when checking in but had to discover for ourselves. No solution found for that night resulting in poor sleep which affected our enjoyment of the next day. Change of rooms helped for the rest of our stay.

Friendly staff, good location, facilities are a bit dated.
Pros:

The front desk staff was very helpful and very friendly. Location close to Kensington gardens, bus routes and tube.

Cons:

Plumbing is old and we had problems with shower drain and toilet flushing.

Zona perfetta in perfetta atmosfera londinese
Pros:

Struttura in posizione eccellente, a pochi passi la via Craven terrace con varie caffetterie dalle quali a poche centinaia di metri si arriva a Paddington station. A poche centinaia di metri anche la metro di Lancaster Gate oltre ai vari ingressi per Hude park. Quartiere perfetto

Cons:

Le camere venivano riordinate ma non è stato mai pulito il pavimento. Forse una dimenticanza. La nostra aria condizionata ha smesso di funzionare subito e anche quella di altri amici con noi. Non è stato un problema in quanto le temperature erano piacevoli. Il nostro letto aveva il materasso molto inarcato, sembrava sfondato.
