would not stay again, but OK for one night in a great location.

Good location, busy weekend, so served its purpose for a one night stay.

Cons:

Both window blinds were inoperable, and need repair, stuck in lowered position. I think the cleanliness of the bathroom was only so-so. Beds not particularly comfortable. Very high water pressure in the shower that causes water to come out of the top of the rain shower head. Shower door did not operate smoothly at all. There definitely is some sound transfer from adjacent rooms if that is of concern, but tolerable for a short stay. Prices were probably higher than usual because of events going on for the weekend. Breakfast was not really that good, no fresh fruit, machine button press coffee,etc. Had I known would not have pre booked it. There are some outstanding options in the neighborhood. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Really tired and dated, very rundown (e.g furniture bashed, bits broken off shower and marks on shower floor), and not very clean (e.g stained towels)

Great location
Pros:

Stayed here for a concert in Hyde park - location was perfect. The hotel was clean and rooms had much needed air conditioning. We had a family room and it was 2 rooms rather than one big room! Excellent

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the reception for the staff!!!

Disappointed for what I paid. Nothing like the pictures posted

Just good location.

Cons:

Extremely small room… basically just space for the bed and nothing else, no bed lamp… window opening to a staircase… it felt dangerous…. Smallest bathroom.

Very enjoyable!!
Pros:

The location is very good, a few minutes walk to Hyde Park and Paddington station. Lots of nice restaurants close by. The room was lovely, very clean. Unfortunately the air-conditioning didn't work in our room which wasn't ideal in a heatwave, but the staff were very accommodating and moved us to another room the following day. Bathroom in the second room was a bit smaller, no shelving for cosmetics or toiletries but this was minor! Could hear people walking in the room above us, but again, it was minimal. A lovely touch i thought, there is a tea/ coffee machine in the reception area and all drinks are complimentary - it was nice to have a hot drink for our drive back to the airport.
Staff were so friendly and very helpful with info about taxi's, places to eat etc.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey, but the location was very good so its justifiable! In the first room we were in, the mattress had a large hole in the middle which i kept falling into. In the second room, the bed was very comfortable, lovely pillows!!
