Very convenient, it doesn’t explain you may be staying in the annex which is across the road from the hotel.
Pros:

It was very central, near the train station. The room was very clean and the shower was good.

Cons:

The room air con wasn’t cold enough, the lowest temperature you could set it on was 19 degrees and the aircon unit is small so you can’t feel it when you are in bed. We had single beds and they were tiny, even as a single bed

A lovely interesting stay.
Pros:

The beautiful central position on the River. The restaurant was very good too.

If it has not been for the first room 34 my feedback would have been much better.

Breakfast was incredible with beautiful views of the river.

Cons:

Room 34 was terrible. Extremely hot it must be near a boiler or heating system and I booked it due to advert saying air conditioning but the older building has none. The shower hook wouldn’t keep the shower head up. Old again. I was moved then the next night to Windsor house across court yard to 411 much better, air conditioned with modern shower

Taking myself on a date to Windsor
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Helpful reception and waiting staff. Lovely room with great Aircon. Much needed as I was staying during the recent heatwave! Very comfortable bed. Good selection for breakfast. I was travelling alone and felt safe. Would definitely stay there again if in Windsor. Highly recommend

Strongly Recommended - Great experience
Pros:

Everything went extremly well: Clean and spacious place and room, Great location with respect to the proximity to the Heathrow airport (Terminal 5): more importantly: very friendly and professional staff. In addition, the room was air-conditionned: I felt a great comfort and the friendly staff made me feel home. I was really impressed by the kindness of the receptionnist Zainab: amazingly lovely.
