Good location
Tired decor, especially on stair wells, sink plug did not keep water in and heated towel rail was on constantly in bathroom when not needed

There was a step into the room and a step out of the bathroom which was not highlighted and increased risk of falls.

Location and cleanliness. Staff was great, very helpful.
No a/c, no refrigerator, small somewhat uncomfortable bed, no elevator.
Location was perfect and drop off was easy despite central location and narrow streets

Location amazing. I booked afternoon tea for 19 people. Was amazing. 7 rooms were booked due to 90th birthday celebrations we have stayed in the hotel many times. Cooked breakfast wasn't brilliant but pastries were lovely. Staff were fantastic
Breakfast wasn't up to standards. Bacon tough. Black pudding not right. But that's the only things that weren't right. Also you could put exit signs from rooms to reception

Bathroom needs bit of tidying up , paint peeling on door where it is obvious the shower leaks & damages paint. Disappointed with view from room. just overlooking roofs.

The room was very nice, good size, clean, the shower was incredible and the robes and slippers were an added bonus.
The fridge in our room wasn't working, we asked for ice to be brought to the room as it was a heatwave! The aircon in the roo. Also wasn't great! It got very hot. None of the staff made our stay stand out. They looked down on us and made us feel an inconvenience to them! No offer to take our bags to our room ( which was a long way from reception) for the price and standard of hotel id have expected a lot more from staff! Considering we were there to celebrate a 40th birthday, which i mentioned upon booking, none of the staff mentioned this or even a happy birthday. Rather disappointing
