Cons:

Our room was never cleaned during our stay. I requested additional towels, but they were never delivered, and I had to call the front desk a second time to receive them. The pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable.

When I asked about the lack of housekeeping service, the front desk staff was unable to provide an explanation as to why our room had not been cleaned. Even after I called to complain, the room still was not cleaned the following day.

Reasonable value, good staff
Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The HVAC was hard to control. We had a choice of either running the HVAC and being too cold or reducing the temperature and finding the room quite stuffy.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Zimmer sauber und grosszügig.

Cons:

Ziemlich teuer. Frühstück war für den Preis nicht wirklich gut. Zu Fuss kommt man nirgends hin. Taxi oder Mietauto ist empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Housekeeping need to request, if not request no refresh no cleaning at all. When check in they don’t remind us. But after the 1st day we know that then we request next day full cleaning that is good.

Typical Residence Inn
Pros:

Typical of most residence and they have a full kitchen and complementary breakfast. As titanium members, we had a two bedroom suite even though we only used one. It’s a nice place to land for a few days.
