Excellent service but overall not a very good value.
Pros:

Service was pretty good. Especially in the breakfast area.

Cons:

They gave a scam voucher to a nearby spa. When was asked where it is located hotel staff could not answer. Room could have been cleaner.

Short comings
Pros:

Staff at check-in counter not courteous unwelcoming.
Insistent on paper work /booking forms to match booking without interest to the customer welfare.
Room for improvement.
Staff at F&B Kevin rude fare paying customer ordering a cup of coffee ☕️ was asked to move or clear table to cater to buffet customer clearly unwelcoming n unethical.
