Location was close for walking old town scottsdale.
The pool was a great way to cool off on a hot day after exploring the city.
The bed was comfortable!
The toilet paper dispenser was hard to reach.

Location was very convenient. Everything was right at your fingertips. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice.
Someone was smoking on our floor. I text the front desk, no one responded. Came back from dinner and it seemed as though it was clearing up then the next time I was in the hall it was back.

Elevator was slow sometimes. Wish the hotel bar had longer hours during the week....open earlier and stay open later.
Everything. Superb location, short walk to OTS. Excellent bedroom and facilities. Great value for money. I’ll definitely stay again as this hotel is very good in all ways.

Continental breakfast cost money. Housekeeping was every other day. When air conditioning was off my room had a slight cat pee odor.

Good central location for Scottsdale. Room, hotel, and staff in general were great.
They sprung the parking fee ($25/day) at check in as has been mentioned in other reviews. Should be just included in price of room or at least noted up front at booking. The only other hotel to do this to me in recent memory was a different Hilton in Oregon. Seems deceitful to me.
Great location within walking distance to the main bars in Old Town Scottsdale and great pool to be able to relax around. Really friendly staff on reception too who were incredibly helpful.
The place could do with a bit of a facelift! Feels dated. And no free water in the room - was priced at $6 for a bottle!
Very clean luxury stay at economy price
The location was great to old town, Scottsdale shops and restaurants.
Everything was very pricey, including the waters in the room. I was sad that the bar closed before 11 o’clock. We tried to order a drink at 10:47 pm . Just a quick cocktail to drink while we sat outside at your Ramada area, but the bartender told us it was closed. The pool was too cold to swim in and the parking garage was so dark .
The front desk gentleman was exceptional. Very informative and gave alot of good recommendations. Very friendly and never acted like he was upset with all our questions. He was great. He worked the evening shift and got off work at like 12am. We didn't ask his name but he was there both late shifts for the 2 nights we were there.
There was only 2 things I would comment on.
The bar/resturant on site closes to early for a weekend for those of us that want to stay close to drink and not be around alot of the younger crowd. And can get back to our room quicker.
But tue even bigger comment is that the room was very hot at night. We put it on 68 tue 1st night and never comfortable so the 2nd night we set it on 63 and still not very comfortable. And the temps outside were not super hot at day or night.
But other than that it was great
