We had been traveling all day and were exhausted. The front desk associate was very nice and friendly. She upgraded our queen bed to a king. This simple gesture made our night.

Hôtel propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Personnel accueillant et emplacement pratique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis et conseillés, notamment pour les meilleurs endroits où admirer le coucher de soleil ainsi que pour les restaurants des environs. Les chambres offrant une vue sur les roches rouges de Sedona étaient superbes et ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

The view is beautiful and the staff is always great.

Cons:

The jacuzzi is not in working order. Only two of the jets were working the last two times I’ve stayed there.

Super séjour, je recommande à plus d’un titre
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses,propres, bien équipées. Une belle piscine avec jacuzzi, une salle de sport dans un cadre sympa. Un super rapport qualité prix.

Me cobraron depósito, (está bien) pero hoy me cobraron 15.95 dlls de ese mismo depósito pero no sé porque, y quisiera saber porque me lo descontaron, si no dañamos nada y dejamos todo limpió
