I celebrated my birthday but it could have been better.

It was very close to the beach.

Cons:

It needs upgrades . The rooms have small areas of chipped paint. The bathroom tub was chipped and you can see the tub had been repainted but not painted well. The elevator was dirty and had chips in the wood in the elevator. The areas near the elevator are dirty. The staff were not friendly, no greeting and rude when we asked for toilet paper or towels.

Location close to where we needed to be. Ample parking.

Very close to freeway and noisy. Our room had a musty smell.
