Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 2-3 Nächten ganz ok.
Pros:

Grundsätzlich ist die Lage des Hotels nicht schlecht. Es ist aber nicht im Zentrum und deshalb ist man auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Man kann auch zu Fuss zum Venice Beach spazieren - ca. 20 Minuten. Auf dem Rückweg in der Dunkelheit empfehlen wir ein Uber.
Umliegend findet man einige feine Restaurants, welche zu Fuss erreichbar sind.

Cons:

Der Pool sieht nicht wirklich appetitlich aus... war etwas schade...

Great for families
Pros:

Great facilities, especially the pool and hot tub which the kids loved. Fifteen minute walk from Mothers beach. great food at Wacky Wok and Paisita just across the road and a liquor store next door for drinks and snacks. beds were comfortable and room was clean and spacious Very quiet.

Cons:

air con was not very strong and avoided the Vyblee in room dining. we were charged for food that never arrived, promised a refund and then ignored when we followed up. Vyblee is not part of the hotel, so you don’t have to use it - use uber eats or door dash instead.

I like artsy places and this had lots of curious offerings such as hammocks and games and a nice hot tub/pool

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Es werden Vorort noch Steuern fällig. Das sollte man wissen. Das Wasser im Zimmer kostet $ 5,00 pro Flasche.

Modern, Clean, and Exactly as Advertised
Pros:

The Kinney is a modern, stylish, and well-maintained hotel. Everything was clean, colourful, and thoughtfully designed, and the property looked exactly like the photos.
The location is excellent for exploring the area. We enjoyed walking to the Venice Canal Historic District, Venice Beach, and Marina Del Rey Beach. By car, it is also a short drive to downtown Santa Monica and the main Santa Monica Beach area.
Paid parking is available on-site, but we also found street parking nearby.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
