Nieuczciwe rozliczenie ceny, za tą cenę można znaleźć lepsze rozwiązanie
Pros:

Hotel ogólnie ok, z małymi wyjątkami…
Wejście do hotelu-drzwi ciężko się otwierają, problem z przejściem z walizkami.
Apartament ciekawie wyposażony, jednak mała ilość szafek dla 4 osób.

Cons:

Przede wszystkim z informacji na stronie hotelu booking wynika, że koszt parkingu to 18$, dopiero po zaparkowaniu i zameldowaniu otrzymaliśmy kartkę z informacjami o kosztach, przy czym parking kosztował 38$. Uważam, że jest to wprowadzanie w błąd klienta. Dodatkowo naliczają dodatkową opłatę, chyba na rzecz ochrony pracowników 11$, co również było widoczne dopiero po złożeniu rezerwacji. Jest to nieuczciwa praktyka.
Kolejną kwestią jest podsumowanie ceny na booking, gdzie najpierw wyliczyło nam trochę ponad 1000zl za nocleg, już z podatkiem i opłatą miejską, a ostatecznie wyszło prawie 1300zł, plus wspomniane wyżej opłaty czyli ok 1500zł za noc.
Mieliśmy też nieprzyjemną sytuację, gdyż zameldowaliśmy się ok 19 w hotelu, byliśmy z dziećmi, musieliśmy się rozpakować, wykąpać, przepakować na kolejny dzień, było ok 21.30 i coś zaczęło bardzo mocno uderzać, aż ściany dudniły. Nie wiedzieliśmy o co chodzi, sytuacja powtarzała się co chwilę, do ok 21.55. Otrzymaliśmy telefon z recepcji ok 22, z pytaniem czy wszystko dobrze. Zastanawialiśmy się, o co mogło chodzić i chyba sąsiadowi za ścianą przeszkadzały nasze zwykłe rozmowy. Cisza nocna zaczyna się o 22.00, więc sąsiad chyba zbyt nerwowy

If I ever go back to that part of LA, I will definitely be staying back at the The Kinney!
Pros:

Everything! Everything you can expect at a hotel was available here. The only thing was I wish breakfast was available, but there was a Starbucks close by so it was okay.

Cons:

The holes in the curtains but it wasn’t that noticeable.

Preis- Leostungs Verhältnis stimmt nicht, Parkplätze überteuert
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und Lage ist gut für Venice Beach. In die Stadt ist es relativ weit.
Parkplätze komplett überteuert aber ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich solides Hotel für ein paar Nächte. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf unserem roadtrip war das allerdings das schlechteste.
Die Zimmer sind sauber (leider war in unserer Dusche ein fremdes Haar), allerdings in die Jahre gekommen- vor allem das Badezimmer und der Aufzug.
Die Lage ist okay, vom Venice Beach ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. Die Stadt generell ist schon etwas weiter weg-ca. 30/45 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Dafür dass das parken auch recht teuer ist (38 € die Nacht für einen Stellplatz) und jeweils nochmal 11 € Resort pro Nacht pro Person würden wir sicherlich nicht wieder kommen und eher was nehmen was ein besseres Preis Leistung Verhältnis hat.

Zusätzlich ist es sehr laut im Zimmer, durch die Straße und die sehr dünnen Fenster.

Pros:

L'hotel è nuovo e ben curato, a due passi da Venice Beach. Comodo anche il parcheggio proprio a fianco. Camera spaziosa, pulita e letto comodissimo, anche il bagno molto grande. Niente moquette a terra. Distributore di caffè gratuito vicino alla reception, molto apprezzato. Peccato la mancanza di colazione.

Pros:

Really cute boutique hotel. I booked as a little stay-cation for my birthday, I would definitely stay here again. It is a short Uber ride to the beach and fun bars.

Struttura carina nel cuore di Venice
Pros:

Struttura molto carina e situata nel cuore di Venice. Molto carini gli spazi all'aperto, in particolare la zona piscina e le aree dedicate al relax e ai pasti.

Cons:

Il personale è accogliente ma poco disponibile. La camera è piacevole, ma il condizionatore era decisamente troppo rumoroso. Nota negativa per il servizio in camera: l'app ha addebitato l'importo sul conto senza però completare l'ordine. I corridoi per arrivare alla camera sono molto dispersivi e a volte poco chiari.
