Pros:

It was very nice to walkpast the parking lot and be on a path along the water with birds strolling about feeding themselves. The breakfast was just right with good choices. The staff was very friendly.

That we couldn't stay longer!

If there’s one in the area that you will need to sleep in, it’s for you
Pros:

The Holiday Inn express chain is so predictable so there are no surprises. Nice clean room on the proper linen, lots of charging sockets all sorts of things that you want are there. Pillars feel great bed is comfortable. Staff helpful. Go for it. Great value for money .
