Idéalement situé
Pros:

La localisation est parfaite pour aller dîner ou aller se balader. La literie de la chambre dans la "suite" est très bonne. La cuisine est vraiment parfaitement équipée pour cuisiner ( il y a même un lave-vaisselle). La piscine est vraiment très appréciable et idéale pour un peu de détente après les visites.
Et enfin, le personnel est agréable et serviable.

Cons:

La literie du canapé convertible du salon ( pour la 3ème personne) est vraiment mauvaise ( on a des ressorts dans le dos ).
Et le prix du parking à 40 € / jour est vraiment prohibitif même s'il est très appréciable d'être garé juste devant

A good value, a good location, friendly staff, and all the basics you need in a hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location -- near the waterfront, near Little Italy for meals, near some nice coffee shops for breakfast, even a walkable distance from the airport rental car park after we gave up our car. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our three-night stay.

Cons:

The free food is okay if you are on a budget, but if you can afford it, go elsewhere. The free dinner one evening was hot dogs and McDonald's-like hamburgers.

Alle 3 Waschmaschinen haben nicht funktioniert, mussten auswärts waschen gehen (vor allem wegen Waschen dieses Hotel gebucht)
Internet geht extrem schlecht, für schnelleres Internet muss extra täglich bezahlt werden
Parkplatz überteuert (40$/Tag, kein geschützter Parkplatz)
Sehr kurze Frühstückszeiten.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une suite pour quatre personnes décrite comme ayant deux lits doubles et un canapé lit (nous recherchions 3 lits, ce qui correspondait à la description). Arrivé, le canapé n'était pas pas préparé en lit et quand nous avons demandé que cela soit fait on nous a simplement donné un set et demandé de le faire nous même ! Personne pour faire un lit. C'est bien la première fois que que je trouve un hôtel dans lequel c'est le client qui doit faire son lit !
Par ailleurs nous avons du supporter un grondement accompagné de vibrations toute la nuit malgré la climatisation et les ventilation des salles de bains éteintes.
Pour être objectif, devant notre mécontentement, on nous a fait cadeau du parking, petite compensation à une nuit d'insomnie !

Hotel gave away my pre paid room that we were traveling with friends, completely messed up our trip.
Pros:

To be honest not much, had reservations with friends that were pre-paid and when we arrived, my friend got their room and then the staff told me that I didn't have a room, they had given it to someone else.

I was happy for the location. Staff was super nice. Def would stay again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Good location. Breakfast not great. Appreciate what they did serve but bagels could have been better.

Cons:

My room (107) def could have used some love. Lots of vibrations from the ac and the bathroom fan rattled like it wanted to give up on life.
