It was lovely.
Pros:

Great location near the beach! It was a beautiful walk to Stearns Wharf, where we shopped, had dinner, and watched the sunset. The hotel is older but has been nicely updated and has a great pool. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay!

Cons:

There are homeless people living behind the property, but that’s an issue with the surrounding area and not the hotel’s fault.

Einzig die Lage war sehr gut.

Es gab keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, anscheinend hat mal jemand versucht zu renovieren aber leider ohne Erfolg. Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen.

Chambre propre et comfortable. Proche de la plage, possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner, je ne sais pas pourquoi il est affiché comme « compris » dans la réservation.

Pros:

It looked really nice and the beds were super soft and comfy. We had some very small breakfast (coffee, pastries) but it was fine. Staff was super nice!

Cons:

We heard the toilet flush from our neighbors all night. It was kinda loud and very annoying, also during the day. The room was mostly clean. But other than that we really liked it!

Pros:

close to beach and funk zone and our friends staying at The Hyatt

Cons:

not clean, very lethargic and absent staff, a gate leading to back alley parking lot right below our room was left open for guests or anyone else that wanted to just come on the property and walk past our room...didn't feel too safe. Anybody could park in the back parking lot because nobody was checking license plates or anything.

NO AC!!!
Pros:

I was not able to complete my stay - no AC in rooms and I have COPD and could not breath. It was 85 degrees in the room which made it impossible for me to stay. There was no mention of NO AC!! The property will not refund so if it's hot, don't stay!!
