The rooms were clean.
On the website it didn’t give directions for someone coming from the airport and taking the train. I would have appreciated knowing how far it was from the airport by train. It is 48 minutes which would have been nice to know! We tried to contact the hotel but only got some kind of phone service. We needed the directions to get to the hotel and ask for the directions to be sent to us. We ended up having to call and we got three different people up which no one sent us the directions. They just said rent a taxi I can’t even imagine what the cost of a taxi would’ve been to go out of town as far as this accommodation was. Very frustrating.
