Excellent service and felt like home.
Pros:

The staff was always so nice! The General Manager and Padma made check in so enjoyable. They both went out of their way to ensure our stay was top notch. The breakfast every morning was a feast with many options. Everything was so clean and the staff were welcoming and polite.

Conveniently located for our needs and served its purpose, but very basic hotel room.
Pros:

Front desk and breakfast staff were fantastic! The breakfast was very good. Lobby areas, pool and fitness were fine. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The room was quiet for sleeping.

Cons:

The "suite" itself was tiny. Almost all of the dishes provided were left dirty in the dishwasher. The living room carpet had several areas of dried food on the carpet. The shower door handle was about to fall off. Ice bucket was cracked (leaked water all over as ice melted). TV channels didn't line up to the TV Guide and the couch was old and sagging. Very dim lighting in the kitchen/LR area.

Good for sleeping for a short time.

The location was nice. A few places to eat near by.

Cons:

The housekeeping busted in the room early. Guess that may not have happened if we had a do not disturb sign. One person in our group was in the restroom the other as asleep. But they came in the room and woke everyone up. The food at the breakfast was unpalatable. The coffee and almost needing to be trashed fruit was the only decent thing at the breakfast.

I enjoyed the stay. It was quiet and relaxing for the night I spent there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the facility was well kept and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had a few more choices of food. The shower drain had a visible chip in the tile, potentially an issue in the future. Room # 330.

Room without a working shower
Pros:

The location, ice water in the lobby, the facilities were in decent shape.

Cons:

Walls are very thin so noise travels. Cleanliness could be better, staff could be a bit more customer oriented.

I was “upgraded” to a room that was in pretty rough shape. It wasn’t super clean, very smelly garbage disposal in the kitchen, tons of hair on the bathroom floor, no shower handle to turn the shower on which I didn’t discover until the morning so I was unable to take a shower. When I spoke to the front desk, they were pretty indifferent to the issue and offered a “sorry about that” with no other resolution.

Out the door the cost of the room was $170 with parking yet I didn’t even have a working shower, not really acceptable and I won’t stay here again.

Pros:

I actually forgot my charger, phone dead and couldn't call a Lyft.. the front desk went on an extensive search for an android charger and eventually found one after finding two possible! Thanks to her I was able to make it home safe!

A hotel that feels like home.
Pros:

Nice property and great staff. We were upgraded to
A room with a kitchen and tv area. The breakfast was decent and the hotel staff was great. I come back here often to visit family so I will make sure to come back here.

Cons:

The only issue was a broken fan in the bedroom. The switch didn’t work so the fan didn’t go on in the room. I mentioned it twice to the hotel staff so hopefully they will fix it. This is just a minor issue because the heater/AC and the room in general was great!
