It was a wonderful experience! The hotel hospitality was truly remarkable, and the entire team was very prompt, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.

A special thanks to Mr. Gaurav, who was extremely prompt and supportive. Because of his dedication and attention to detail, our wedding celebrations went incredibly smoothly. The check-in experience was also one of the best we have experienced.

The team truly follows the philosophy of “Atithi Devo Bhava” and always goes the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable and valued.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wedding in Jaipur. It is definitely one of the best options, with a team that is always ready to help and make your celebration special! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had the greatest dining experience. The entire staff were welcoming and catered to all of our personal requests. They explained all the items on the thali and also personally took interest in knowing our preferences for taste. Pratigya made masala chai for us just the way we liked it. Chef Shobhit came and talked to us and made Malpoa for us. Made us feel like family. Himanshi and Satyajeet were kind, and always there to ask how the food was and what they can do to make our experience better. Overall an outstanding and grateful experience for us. Thank you!

We recently stayed at Taj Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur, and once again had a wonderful experience. One of the highlights of every visit is breakfast at Cinnamon, and a big reason for that is Aslam. We have been coming to Jai Mahal for many years, and he is always someone we look forward to meeting. His warmth, attention to detail, and positive energy make every breakfast special, and he consistently goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome.

Chef Mahendra deserves a special mention as well. For years, he has brought the same enthusiasm and care to the breakfast experience, personally checking on guests and ensuring everything is just right.

We would also like to thank Monu Pratap, Sumer, and Laxman, who looked after us wonderfully during this visit. Their teamwork and dedication reflect the high standards of service that make Taj stand out.

As we were celebrating a special occasion, the housekeeping team made our stay even more memorable. A special thanks to Surender for beautifully decorating our room and arranging a lovely surprise for us. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.

It is people like these who keep bringing us back to Jai Mahal year after year. Their genuine hospitality and attention to guests make every stay feel special.

Amazing hotel with extremely nice and kind staff. Internal restaurant with many options, ideal for families. Garden has well kept facilities, swimming pool, pick ball court and even croquet (on top of a gym with yoga classes every morning). Hotel offers also daily tours on the hotel history and traditional dance shows

Beautiful hotel , we were there for our special day really enjoy the food and services . The food was finger licking and the staff who takes care for our preferences and the other requirements. Special thanks to Mahendra for his attention and the team Aslam, Sumer, Shiv , Joginder . All were very good assets .

During our stay at the Taj Jai Mahal Palace the my birthday, the exceptional hospitality at the restaurant truly stood out, starting with Aslam. His excellent customer service, warm professionalism, and attentive care elevated every morning meal and made us feel incredibly valued. We have been visiting Jai Mahal from many years and Aslam truly is someone we look forward to meeting because his customer service only goes up to another level each time. Similarly in the mornings, Chef Mahendra had been bringing fantastic energy to breakfast all these years, constantly checking on guests and ensuring everything is prepared to perfection. Additionally, a special shoutout to Sunil, Surender, Monu Pratap, Sumer, and Laxman for our visit this time, who worked seamlessly and truly kept the legendary service levels of the Taj alive.

We went there as a family to celebrate our daughter’s 6th birthday. It was an absolutely memorable experience- she was pampered with greetings, room decorations and cake. We had an amazing experience in the property- experiencing the traditional dance performances, magic show, puppet show and even trying hands at pottery. The entire property is beautifully maintained retaining the natural royal heritage. Special thanks to Tannu Shri, Surendra, Abhimanyu and Hriday for making this a well spent stay.

Jai Mahal Palace is an amazing property and Shiv Mathur and his team were excellent and were really helpful.
