Worth it.
Pros:

The staff, especially the hospitality staff, were very good. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and the staff at the restaurants was so good to interact with at the palace. I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

I was not able to get the horse cart ride upon my visit due to timing constraint.

My visit to Giardino
Pros:

I came to dine at Giardino. Excellent food and excellent hospitality by Jogendra ji and other staff. Jogendra remembered me from my last visit as a palace guest in 2021 and went out of the way to serve a complimentary drink. Taj hospitality never fails to please guests. Thank you for everything.

Our stay at Jai Mahal Palace was truly exceptional and one we’ll cherish for a long time. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome. The property itself is stunning, but it’s the people who made our experience unforgettable.

A heartfelt thank you to Chanchal at the Marigold Bar, along with Himanshu, Sumer at The Marble Arch and Deepika at the front office, for their gracious service, warm smiles, and the care they extended throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure every interaction was memorable. A special mention for Mr. Yogendra Awasthi at Giardino for organizing such a wonderful meal for our family. And the incredible team of chefs at both Marble Arch and Giardino.

A very special thanks to Mr. Vineet Singh, F&B Director, whose impeccable hospitality and personal attention made us feel truly valued, and to Mr. Vardhman Singh for ensuring our stay was seamless, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches.

Great stay in Rajasthani palace
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Jai Mahal Palace. There is a sense of grandeur which transports you back to bygone kingdoms and colonial times. We would give the atmosphere and location five stars.
Jaipur is busy so after a day of sightseeing the hotel is a peaceful enclave to rest.
We came with our two children, 14 and 11 and they really enjoyed the pool after a day out. Good facilities and evening entertainment if you don't want to go out. Similarly, nothing is very far away and we took Ubers in the evening to restaurants.
Staff are helpful and at check out Devyani even gave us suggestions for our onward travel in Ajmer.

Our stay at Jai Mahal Palace was absolutely wonderful. The palace is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived.
A heartfelt thanks to the Marble Arch Restaurant team. Mr. Sumer, Mr. Monu, and Mr. Yuvraj provided exceptional service with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. They made every dining experience special and truly memorable.
Special appreciation also goes to the Security Incharge, Mr. Omendra Singh Shekhawat, for his courteous support and professionalism throughout our stay.
