The entire team is characterized by a humble and cooperative demeanor. Taj is renowned for its hospitality. Mr. Shiv provided us with a tour of the hotel and welcomed us to the property. When individuals like Mr. Mathur take care of their guests, it ensures a happy experience for all.

Our Wonderful Stay at Jai Mahal Palace from 8th June,2026 to 10th June,2026

My family and I had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay.

At the entrance, the guard welcomed us with roses and a warm birthday wish. The front office team gave us a traditional Jaipur-style welcome and offered refreshing juice. Check-in was smooth and courteous, and they even gifted teddies to both our sons for the special occasion.

A special thank you to Front Office Manager Gaurav Thakur and his colleague Divyanshi for making our stay so comfortable. The entire front office team was exceptionally polite and friendly with our kids.

The housekeeping team was excellent. They kept our room spotless and hygienic throughout. We were pleasantly surprised by the innovative and beautiful room décor they arranged for our celebration.

The food was outstanding, cooked in pure ghee just like the Maharajas enjoyed in the past. Thank you, Chef Bhavesh, for the delicious meals. We truly loved the taste.

We recently stayed at Jai Mahal Palace and had an absolutely amazing experience. Fue una de las experiencias más increíbles de mi vida, en todo sentido. Me enfermé antes de llegar a Jaipur. Cuando llegué al hotel, me cuidaron como a una hija… quisieron llamar a un doctor, me cocinaron “comida de hogar para sanar”, me mimaron y se preocuparon por mi.

The best way to enjoy this property is to simply be there and soak it all in. We dedicated our time entirely to the property experience, and it was worth it. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable — truly a luxury experience. In my opinion, it’s one of the best properties in Jaipur. Food was the highlight of our trip . Excellent flavours cooked to perfection. Even the buggy ride along with the heritage walk was a lovely experience. A must visit highly recommended stay

We recently celebrated a birthday at Marble Arch Restaurant, Jai Mahal Palace, and it was truly a memorable experience. The elegant ambiance, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality made the occasion very special.
A special thanks to Mr. Sumer and Mr. Omendra Singh for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. Mr. Omendra Singh captured some beautiful photographs during the celebration, making the occasion even more memorable. Very nice ambience, everything about here is royal very apt for a palace like this. The staff, people from the reception, in room dining, everything was top notch.
