اعجبني نظافة المرافق والغرف وتفتيش القادمين الى الفندق من اجل السلامة

Cons:

لم يعجبني موظفين التسجيل والتاخير في إجراءات الدخول وكذلك الدفع بمجرد الوصول ولم يعجبني التزامهم واحترام الضيف حيث قمت بدفع مبلغ الغرفة واستلمت البطاقة وخرجت وعندي العودة قاموا بتبديل غرفتي لشخص آخر وكذلك قائمة الطعام عادية ليست بالمستوى المطلوب لفندق 5 نجوم

بشكل عام سوف نعود للإقامة في نفس الفندق إذا شاء الله تعالي لنا زيارة أموميا مره اخري

تعامل الموظفين وتفانيهم في تقديم الخدمات
موظف الاستقبال سهيل جدا راقي في تعامله

Not worth the money
Pros:

The lobby and the restaurants were nice and the staff debated me when I told them the towel I didnt use was wet also my room had a very strong cleaning supply smell as if to hide another odor the hotel rooms are quite old you can see it from the bathroom

Cons:

Staff training is lacking some were quite rude tbh

Pros:

Friendly staff, efficient check in, very clean and comfortable room. I stayed here for my birthday and it really couldn’t have been better from all aspects

Comfortable, central and well connected stay in Downtown Mumbai
Pros:

Lush breakfast buffet: Indian, Continental and Arabic. Pool and Gym are well kept. The rooms are modern, bathrooms bright and well arranged. All services flawless, including EV charging.

Cons:

Check-in and -out take quite a bit of time.
