Staff and rooms were excellent
Pros:

Polite, helpful, and friendly.
Pros:

This was a lastminute, same-day booking (after I had just landed at Mumbai airport). I was flying internationally (with my dog) from the UK to Bengaluru (via Istanbul and then Mumbai). We needed a place to stay for several hours before our final leg from Mumbai to Bengaluru.

The hotel was great and the staff were pleasant, friendly, and extremely helpful. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

In my short stay at the hotel, I used the restaurant for a late breakfast, the business area for printing some documents, our room, and of course the lobby and reception area for check-in and check-out. All were great and no complaints. The staff and guests were not just friendly to me, but to my dog as well - this was a welcome relief after over 30 hours of travelling for the both of us.

Special mentions to Prapti, Rutuja, Tanvi, and Yash, but all staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

I made this booking almost a month in advance. I made a special request for a smoking room at the time of the booking. But for a very long time I was told, smoking rooms are only subject to availability, which didn’t quite make sense to me,as i had booked about a month in advance. Anyways, 2 days before my arrival, it was given to me which I’m grateful for. But I’d appreciate if you can make things clearer, because for some guests, these things do matter a lot. For example, in my case, if I was not allotted the smoking room, I wouldn’t wish to stay at the property.

didn't find it up to the mark...at the time of booking only I was asked if I was a member of inner circle...was told this rate is with discount for the inner circle members but wen I checked online it was showing the same rate...it's juz a farse .
