Useless property, wastage of money.
Pros:

I stayed from 21st October to 23 October 2026 for official work.Location of the Hotel President was very good. Room very old and in bad position. Service by the staff was unsatisfactory and hopeless. Charging for the second night at double rate was non transparent and unjustified. Property being operated by Taj, is a black spot for Taj. Taj is known for quality and superb service.It is a useless property without any value for money.
Not recommended at all.

الذي لم يعجبني هو لقد حجزت عن طريق البوكينج وعند وصولي أخبرتني الموظفه أن المبلغ تغير لان لم يتم الخصم من الموقع واخبرتها بان الحجز موكد وليس ذنبي ان لم يتم الخصم وكانت تريد ان ادفع مبلغ آخر بسعر مختلف تمام عن الموقع واخبرتها ان ادفع سوى المؤكد من قبل الموقع لان المبلغ موجود ف الموقع والحجز مؤكد والذي لم يعجبني عند وصولنا الي الفندق في الساعه 7 ص وانا كنت قد أخبرتهم بموعد الوصول في الساعه السابعه او الثامنه سأكون متواجده وعند وصولي الي هناك اخبروني لا أستطيع دخول الغرفه الي الساعه 2 ظهر واخبرتهم باني لقد أخبرتكم بذالك ولاكن رفضو تداخلي الغرفه ول دفعت سعر 36 ساعات رفضو تمام وعندما جلسنا ف الوبي نعسنا جاءت الموظفه ممنوع ذالك ولو كنتي جالسه لا تنعسي ف الكرسي
