Amazing
Pros:

Amazing food. Chandrasekhar was awesome. The background about the food given by shivya was also very nice (that one dish which symbolized the breaking of borders specially!)

Wonderful Date Night
Pros:

Me and my husband went for a impromptu date to Loya.

We were ushered in with the efficiency that Taj can do.

Ansh and Shekhar were wonderful. They are mild mannered, polite towards guests and served an ultimate experience for the evening.

We had the famous badana pearls towards the end and had a good time.

Nice lunch buffet at Capital Kitchen
Pros:

The atmosphere was nice and cool whereas outside very hot. Enjoyed the saturday lunch and Mr Dinesh/Mr Akash and other staff make sure that you have a wonderful time with their hospitality. I also appreciate the efforts of Chef Joshi attending all the guests and askng them about food and any specific requirement in person. The food is full of flavour anf throughly enjoyed the time spent there.

Exceptional Dining Experience!
Pros:

Chandrashekhar, Chef Sandeep, Chef Gagan and Ansh were amazing hosts. We had a fantastic time. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it perfect for both family dinners and casual catch-ups with friends.

The staff was attentive, polite, and quick with service, ensuring we had everything we needed.

JUST WHAT WE NEEDED
Pros:

The experience was amazing! came with my kids for a competition and they loved it!
The ambience was also very nice so was the staff as they treated us very kindly. The food was also no problem as there was the capital kitchen and many other restaurants to go to. The location was ok compared to the other places in Delhi and the cleanliness was too good. The value for money could be lessened. I cannot wait to come back here with my kids again.

Wonderful Stay at Taj Palace Hotel New Delhi with Excellent Taj Club Experience
Pros:

Check-in was handled smoothly by Ms. Khushi. As a Taj / Tata Neu Platinum member, I was upgraded to a Taj Club room, which was much appreciated.

Mr. Raju at Room Service was very good and attentive throughout the stay.

The highlight was dining at the Orient Express, which continues to be legendary. Mr. Vinod and Mr. Sahil were brilliant and provided outstanding service. One suggestion for the restaurant — it would be wonderful if some tasteful views or photographs of the original Orient Express routes, or iconic Indian routes, could be displayed on the windows, digitally or thru photos. This could further enhance the ambience and storytelling of this iconic restaurant.

I requested check-out to be done at the Taj Club Lounge through Mr. Pramod, and the entire process was handled very efficiently and pleasantly.

The doormen were also very good and welcoming. However, I did miss seeing Bachan ji during this stay.

Overall, another excellent experience at the Taj Palace Hotel New Delhi. The warm service, beautiful Taj Club room, and the timeless charm of the Orient Express made the stay truly memorable.
