Over prized and not clean
Not worth to be a 5 star especially not a Taj quality. I have been to so many 5 stars but this one is bad. Customer service is zero.
Customer service is bad. We had to wait standing for more than 30mins before checking in. And no one was there to receive us. We had to repeatedly ask the receptionist to welcome us. Food at the breakfast was very limited. Even the staff at the restaurant did not seem to want to welcome us. Room was congested for triple occupancy.
I would not recommend this hotel.

It’s on very good location, and rooms are clean. There are two twin brothers name Vikas and vishal both are too good . And serve like anything and manager Piyush is also execellant.
The taj club is exiting two twins vikas and vishal manages the club as stars both are loving caring and serve like gentlemen 10stars to both and manage piyush looks after each individual is amazing 10 stars to manager
Excellent Stay as always. Everything is spot on.
Service is Impeccable.
Restaurant staff is the best. Chef Joshi, Dinesh, Akash, Narendra, Diwan and Amar. Ask for them and you shall be pampered like a King & Queen.
Special mention of Vishal, Vikas and Piyush at the Club Room. There way of making you feel at home is worlf apart.
I would recommend every one to visit at least once the taj palace lounge where you get the best service by the twin brothers that is mr vishal and mr Vikas along with mr Piyush to have the extra luxurious services
Great service by Chandrashekar and Priya and chef Sandeep, Kailash and Sumeet and Bhaarat.
Food was delicious as well.
The Entire Experience was Excellent and specially at the breakfast time the service deliver by Aakash and Dinesh was fabulous.
