Over all the our stay there was good.
Pros:

Very good breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms need updating. There was also water dripping in the shower.

Simply put, I was charged for a downgraded room without even being informed. Unacceptable.

The only good thing I can comment on was the cleanliness

Cons:

I was charged for my room before being notified that I had been downgraded, so I did not get what I paid for. The second room I was offered was directly next to the laundry room and exterior AC unit, so I got very little sleep. The tub drain was clogged.

Great Place to Stay! We Will Stay Here Again on our next visit to Orlando!
Pros:

Great breakfast selection! Also had some gluten free options like a yummy gf bagel! The staff was super nice and friendly and made us feel right at home! Our room was wonderful and perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Orlando!

Cons:

You do have to pay for parking but that is common in this area. It was not that bad considering other hotel's prices for that. Just make sure you understand this and don't be surprised when you check in;

"It was cool" per my teenagers
Pros:

The location was perfect and the room was very spacious.
The employees were very nice also.

Cons:

The hotel needs an update. Didn't like the stains in the shower and tubs. The refrigerator was a little beat up. The sofa bed had crumbs and stains. I didn't like how you have to go to the front desk in order to get new towels.

The bathroom sink was clogged and dirty, and the bathtub was clogged and dirty. Also, the room wasn't cleaned during the three nights I stayed there with my family. The air conditioner made a loud metallic noise. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
