Never stay there again!!
Pros:

Bypassed breakfast because it wasn't presentable. Couldn't trust eating. Not even drinking the coffee in the lobby .staff didn't keep it clean. I had to ask the person at the desk to clean it up.

Never again, and we stay at other Country Inns.
Pros:

The linens were clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was awful. Curdled milk, no fruit, potatoes in the buffet pan for 2 days even tho they were not an offering. No batteries in The remote and the TV was near the ceiling. It appeared to have homeless housing residents. The tub bottom
Was gray in a white tub. Two large beetles on the ceiling.The police showed up in force looking for someone.

Staff were very rude and had a nasty attitude. 1st room was 312 & it smelled like mold & was nasty. 2nd room was 306 it was hair in shower & it didn't look like it had been cleaned, toilet was nasty, & shower door had sweat & dirt running down glass door. Then I went to rehearsal and returned to elevator not working. Complained to staff & he moved me to 112 & I had to take 3 flights of stairs to the room & met a couple that took a chance & got on it & it started working again. Once I gathered my belongings we took a chance & got on it & returned to 112. It also was nasty and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned either. Needed ironing board to iron dress for a wedding and it wasn't one. So, I sent my son to front desk to ask for one & they said look in closet. He informed them that there wasn't one in there & could we get one from another room. The answer was no. Then I called front desk from my cell & noone answered. I walked to desk & worker was sitting there on his phone strolling and didn't answer hotel phone. I said oh, that's why you can't answer the phone due to you on yours strollingsomething. I explained to him about not having an ironing board in room & he sent another worker in room w/ me to look for one as if I were lying.. Then worker seen it wasn't one & went & got one from another room & brought it to me. Room wasn't cleaned entire time of our stay nor was the trash taken out. Only had trash cans in bathroom. Someone vomited in elevator and worker said they weren't getting it up and my cousin told them can you atleast cover it up with a paper towel, towels or something so she could go to her room because she was tired & staff did.. Breakfast was nasty. Worker didn't have any gloves on & had a small variety of stuff to choose from.

The door had a gap in it like someone had kicked it in before, the cover for the light in the bathroom was just hanging halfway on;halfway off, the tub didn’t drain while showering it only filled up.

I called front desk and had to wait for her to see if she can switch my room which didn’t happen. Overall it is what it is .

Cons:

Didn't have coffee 24 hours a day. They should also chage the toilets in the rooms designated for handicapped rooms to ADA compliant toilets.

Cons:

Facility maintenance needs some improvement! Bath tub in room 204 had something peeling up. Similar to paint peeling up from a pervious repair Desk chair had a badly bent leg making it impossible to use.
