Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Galleria-Ballpark Area by IHG

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything met my expectations. No complaints at all.

Staff very friendly and rooms were clean . Not to mention it’s very close to Truist Park ! Would definitely stay there again !

My family visited the area for an Atlanta Braves game, and this hotel was in an excellent location, very close to The Battery Atlanta and Truist Park. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.
The shuttle service was an excellent convenience and made getting to and from the baseball game easy and stress-free. The shuttle driver was especially helpful, reliable, and always friendly.
The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but offered a good selection of items. While the rooms could use some updates, they were clean, comfortable, and felt safe. Overall, we had a great experience and can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay. We came in town to watch two Braves games. We found the hotel clean and the staff was very professional. The free popcorn and hotdogs in the lobby was a nice touch.

Everything was very clean, the employees were very nice, easy and safe walk to the stadium.

Stayed here for braves game. Alexandra at desk was terrific! Friendly and helpful. Walkable to park but also they offer shuttle to game and battery area with tons of stores, restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds and pillows. Sparkling clean pool outside. Rooms a bit dated, but not a big deal to us. Housekeeping staff efficient and pleasant. Free breakfast in morning well stocked and hot food. Only suggestion would be towel ring needed at sink. We would definitely recommend.

We chose this location to attend a baseball game at Truist Stadium. It worked out perfectly for us. We chose to walk, but a shuttle was available for the game. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Our stay at the HIE Ballpark/Galleria was amazing! The staff was amazing, especially Lo! She was always checking in on us to make sure everything was going well every time she saw us. She even called the room after check in to make sure everything was good with the room.

Every interaction we had with the staff here was amazing. The shuttle to the battery was great! Breakfast was on point. Those coffee machines are magical, love having access to great coffee 24/7! This HIE showcases the exact reason I choose to stay at HIE anywhere I can.

The staff were extremely welcoming & friendly. They were helpful with providing information about the area & points of interest. The facilities were clean and nicely decorated. The comfy bed & hot, invigorating shower were the best!
The breakfast offered provided several tasty options- the coffee was perfect. The breakfast staff kept the area clean & the breakfast bar stocked.

Great front desk service, friendly and energetic! Shuttle to the ball park was the reason we booked and it was perfectly convenient. Traffic was obviously a pain and we were so thankful for this service. Breakfast staff was also responsive and friendly with a great variety to choose from!

Went for the Eagles concert at the stadium. Close enough to walk or use the hotel shuttle. We did the shuttle to and from the stadium. That's the way to go, very nice driver. Hotel was nice, room has sink in the bedroom so it's an outdated design. Staff was very friendly, everything clean. Beds were good. Breakfast was ok.
Would stay again if we come for Braves game

The young ladies were very nice! Room was nice and clean. Morning coffee was very good. Having the shuttle to take as to and from Truist park was a great perk!

We have stayed at this convenient location several times. The hotel is always clean. The staff is helpful, and they are very consistent with keeping the breakfast foods warm and well stocked.
