Great location, lobby and amenities. Room was very dated for price!
Pros:

Beautiful historic property and a great downtown location.

Cons:

The room was dated with mold on the ceiling, pink film in the shower and dirty carpet that we felt like we needed our shoes to walk on.

飯店地點距離地鐵很近，從State Rd. 出口走過去，約1分鐘就到了，叫Uber也很方便，在Monroe St. 大門搭車最方便。房間很大，設備也很舒適。

A standard hotel in a historic building
Pros:

It is a gorgeous, historic hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The staffing and general operation of the hotel felt like a standard chain hotel. Ultimately, it felt like we paid way too much money to stay at a basic Hilton.

Sure the location was great and the lobby was beautiful, but otherwise the room was quite small, the soap was empty, they couldn't accommodate our party's request to have two rooms on the same floor, etc. All of these small things added up to it just not really being worth it. It wasn't terrible, but I anticipated a higher level of service given the price point.

Find a cheaper chain hotel in downtown chicago and then go sit in the lobby of the Palmer for a drink one evening. That was really the only part of the experience at this hotel that felt worthy of the price point.

Great location. Rich history
Pros:

Perfect location. If you are an architecture fan, everything is within a few blocks. History of place is very interesting.

Cons:

Rooms are very small - but they offered an upgrade (the literally took the wall down between two rooms. Worth it.

Inolvidable por el lugar y su atmosfera. Comeria fuera.
Pros:

Me ha gustado el espacio, único por supuesto. El concierto matutino del lunes en el hall. Me ha gustado la amabilidad del personal. La habitacion limpia, camas comodas. Ducha maravillosa.

Cons:

Un detalle en la habitacion como poder hacer un cafe, un te, algo incluido en el precio de la habitacion se hubiera agradecido.
El desayuno que se brindo en el restaurante me parecio caro para la calidad del plato que resultó grasoso y de poco producto fresco.
