Clean, good bed

Cons:

Offered airport transport
Waited 1 hrs never came
Paid for taxi to get there

Staff didn't care at all

The electronica music was literally
blasting ....
on arrival-12:30am
And on exit-6:30am
Not atmospheric, calming or appropriate.

Never answered my 4 attempts to make contact for "free "
transport

Pricy too!
coffee pot was broke in room
Then paid 7.50 for a desperate latte
This stay was a bust for sure!!!

The hyatt shuttle took us yo different hyatt property and never asked us about shich hyatt we were goong to. That took one hour of our 5 hours to sleep.

Great and will stay again when I’m in Chicago 💕
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.. and a great area

Cons:

Only complaint is it was a little bit too high of a price for it to be no free breakfast or pool

Gorgeous hotel. We had a short stay but will stay here again. Rooms were spectacular.
Pros:

Great location, close to OHare and Chicago, but far enough away from the busy city.

Cons:

Could use some more parking since it shares a parking garage with a business. Was lucky enough to get one of the last few covered spaces.

Comfortable, modern and conveniently located.
Pros:

I liked clean and modern the entire hotel was. It was extremely close to the airport and easy to access. The room was spacious and comfortable. The mini fridge was an unexpected surprise that made it easy to store my fruits and drinks. I would definitely recommend and stay at the Hyatt Centric OHare again.
