The staff
Nothing really
Good location off 294 plus near O’Hare. Room was very nice. For being close to highway it was quiet. Would stay again. Provided shuttle to O’Hare.
Place is very clean with modern decor and finishings. The location close to the airport and nearby restaurants is great. Service was excellent, especially at the restaurant downstairs (CIMA). Our host Pina was exceptional and breakfast on a morning was really good (the French Toast is some of the best I've had).
Breakfast too expensive and too much for parking. Everything else was great.
Cost to park, price for breakfast
This is my first time to visit the US and Chicago. The people I met were friendly and easygoing. Your people were helpful whenever i had questions about the room amenities. Thank you for everything you do!
I loved how clean it was, staff was amazing, ( even the cleaning crew) it was beautiful, the price was really good I was surprised because how nice the hotel was. I will stay here everytime I come to Chicago if the room is available
The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t stay longer 😊
I liked everything about the Hotel. It's xtremely nice, very cozy, very very clean. The staff are nice and welcoming! Do I recommend, absolutely! Would I stay here again, definitely!

Great short stay. Really nice rooms and convenient location for O'Hare. Spacious standard room and nice bathroom. First time at a Hyatt Centric and would return.
This is a great hotel. Very modern and comfortable, with incredible staff. The food is top- notch, although the breakfast was a bit expensive for me (but I'm sure its worth the price) .
Obviously well-run and well- managed.
Great location close to the airport and the casino
Clean, great bed/linens, nice coffeemaker. Motion activated night lights!!
Super easy for the airport
Very clean
Bartenders are super nice
Spacious
Love this hotel!
Everything was exactly like the picture 💕🥰. I love when they deliver what they show. I loved the staff very warm and the food was amazing.
The water in the room was for $5 it wasn't complimentary and that was crazy to me
My company frequently sends us to this hotel in Rosemont, and after a beautifully executed renovation, the property is truly outstanding once again.
A hotel is just a building until you add the people who work there. After staying here many times over the years, it becomes very clear that certain employees are what make this place special.
The Front Desk Manager (Vilma) is an absolute rockstar. She remembers returning guests, recalls personal preferences, and consistently goes above and beyond. She is truly one of the shining stars of this hotel.
The newly renovated restaurant offers excellent food, but what really stands out is the service. During breakfast, the hostess (Pinar) creates an atmosphere that feels more like a family-run restaurant than a hotel dining room. She makes you feel as though she is welcoming you into her own living room. She takes the time to engage with guests and have genuine conversations, something that has become far too rare these days and something you cannot see on a balance sheeet ...
The morning coffee bar attendant is equally impressive. Unfortunately, I always forget her name, but she remembers frequent guests and even their coffee orders. She is consistently friendly and welcoming.
Dinner service is also exceptional. The servers, Michael and his colleague with the ponytail, are always friendly, smiling, attentive, and provide outstanding service.
The hotel's management clearly has a remarkable talent for hiring the right people and, just as importantly, empowering them to do what is right for their guests.
This hotel is a true gem in the area. I highly recommend it, and even if you are not staying overnight, it is well worth stopping by for lunch and experiencing the atmosphere and service for yourself.
Rooms are great, clean and offer all you need
Location was excellent
Food was expensive, but, honestly…delicious:)
