My sister,myself and my dog loved the whole hotel stay! Everything was Awesome

Overwhelming filthy, damaged and unhygienic room that was extremely overpriced at $170.
Pros:

The location was close to my house. Nothing else.

Cons:

There were several, massive spider webs on the ground in the corners of the room that had clearly been there for weeks, along with a significant amount of paint chips on the carpet. There were also broken metal pieces of something on the floor, and a large amount of bugs and dirt on the window ledge. The armchairs to the couch were entirely destroyed and there was a dried mystery liquid on one side.
There was also a massive burn on the carpet in the shape of an iron. I scraped my bare foot on it several times. Unfortunately I forgot to pack socks, as it was an emergency stay due to a plumbing mishap at my home. When I left in the morning, the bottoms of my feet were black from the carpet. That tells me how filthy the room actually was.
Not only was the room very off-putting for me, it was too unsafe and unhygienic for my little dog (15 years old and very sick) to walk around and sniff. I had to keep him on the bed with me the entire stay, literally. I did not set him down on the carpet once.
Online, the rooms are advertised as looking very clean and undamaged. That is not what I received in person. The hotel is advertised as "pet friendly", but that room was not safe for my little dog to walk around in. If he were to have sniffed or eaten the paint chips, gotten bit by a spider, or tried to chew up the broken metal pieces on the floor and choked, it could have been fatal.

They refused to refund me anything, even the $40 pet fee, because I waited until checkout to inform them of the problems. $170 for this horrible room. A room that the manager checked after housekeeping was finished and said “yep- this room can now be rented.” Very unprofessional.

We felt we made the right decision coming to the hotel, until we had to file a grievance with Citibank because the hotel
Pros:

The pool was nice. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

We were only there for six hours as we were having renovations done at our house. There was some sort of team takeover at the pool with about 20 children so that shortened our relaxing afternoon.

Pros:

Breakfast area was simple but well organized. The breakfast offerings were limited but quite good, typical for a mid-level hotel chain. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

TV streaming was poor, locking up frequently. Bathroom/tub had no grab bars; this is strongly recommended for us seniors.

Close to the venue but .....
Pros:

called my friend a bitch when she complained about a party happening under her window at 3pm

County Health Department gives it a B.
All it serves is breakfast and i understand why.
Ingredients of the sausage would be interesting to know and even a powdered egg fan couldn't stand whatever those were.

Had stayed here previously and it had a reputation for only renting to people attending concerts at the nearby venue but this year there were random children from youth baseball and softball teams staying at the hotel as well.
not cool for anyone.

Great value, great location
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room.

Cons:

Lack of parking was an issue when we returned to the hotel after a concert. We had to park on a side street.
There are spot lights pointing towards the back of hotel. One of these points directly into our 1st floor room. Even the curtains couldn't keep out all the light. Please adjust this.
