Comfortable hotel, spacious rooms, variety of channels, nice selection of breakfast items and nice sitting area downstairs. easy to get to and didn't have to get back on 69 to get to where we needed to go.
We stayed two nights. while the breakfast was very good, there was no one seeing that things were refilled. Both days all coffee flasks were empty when we came down, one morning ran out of paper plates, and scrambled eggs needed to be refilled. this was a little frustrating because the variety of breakfast options was one of the reasons I chose best Western for my family. And the person who made more coffee was manning the desk and was busy there also,
Nothing because my reservation was canceled.
That they tried to charge my card before I got to the hotel (which I have never experienced from a hotel before). Not only that, I never had a chance to move money into that account because I didnt get a single notification about what had occurred. They canceled my reservation, I get to the hotel, the front desk informed me that my reservation was canceled with an extremely judgemental tone, and then proceeds to tell me he can give me the room for 500 dollars. Be so for real. 500 dollars for a best western is egregious.
Beyond incredible staff my family and myself have been taking care of a man and the hotel has allowed the man to stay there for about a month. They have went above and beyond for him! Incredible staff the manager is very very very kind and remarkable person!
I arrived and was told my reservation was canceled. I contacted booking.com and they were unaware of this. The woman at the desk ware not friendly nor helpful so we went to another hotel.
The woman at the front desk should not be the face of Best Western. She lacks customer service and kindness.
Very clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was great and the room along with the property looked very clean and well maintained.
I needed to ask a quick question at the front desk, but she was on the phone with a customer. That wasn’t the issue, the issue came when she kept telling me one moment while she proceeded to look up date several dates and the proceed to do a booking and asking for their information while I stood there. She could have simple asked the person on the phone to hold while she answered my very simple a quick question.

I would have given this hotel a better review except the customer service is terrible. We came for a volleyball tournament and had locked rates for 2 Queen beds. I called a few days before to ask if there were parking fees and if they had larger rooms. They said for $12/night more I could have a room with 2 Qs and a pull out sofa. Sold! The problem was when I agreed to pay, I wasn’t aware that other families on our team were given the same size room at no additional cost! When I spoke to the front desk I was told a manager would reach out. Nothing. I called back after we left and spoke to a very contentious employee, Sarah who refused to identify her manager’s name or have her call me. I then called corporate (who was able to speak to Sarah and she was able to THEN identify her manager, Mila.) I was told I would hear back from the general manager and 10 days later still nothing. It was $50 and they refuse to make it right even though they have a price guarantee online as well.
To top it off they had mold in their bathrooms. All around the shower head and in the toilet roll holder. My daughter broke out in a rash after the first shower. Not a single fan to circulate air in these supposedly “upgraded” rooms. I plan on advising our Volleyball Club to not stay there again in the future.
