Great stay we loved everything ❤️
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel but too many issues
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The young lady working the shift was wonderful and went above and beyond during a horrible situation. I can not say the same for the manager or the morning clerk.

Cons:

I came to check in during the Hilton system issue. The manager didn’t come in to help with the situation leaving the young lady at front desk to fend for herself against angry customers. It took calling Hilton escalations team to get the young lady help to manually check guest into rooms. Other guest and my family waited 3-5 hours before getting a room.
The breakfast was awful. I bit into a still partially frozen omelet, there was no juice bar like they display in the photos, most of the food trays were empty and stayed that way and I’m pretty sure Clover valley syrup (dollar generals brand) isn’t an approved Hilton syrup. I travel to New Albany about 10-12 times a year . I will be staying at the holiday inn across the street from now on .

Breakfast was good. Not many options for those who are Lactose intolerant. Seating is poor.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, iso huone, hiljainen. Ylellinen tuntuma. Ehdottomasti paras hotelleistani Yhdysvalloissa!

Cons:

Aamiaisella oli osa ruoasta loppunut. Huoneessa oli kävelty kengät jalassa. Lattia oli likainen ja sukat likaantuivat. Euroopassa olen tottunut aina riisumaa kengät.

There wasn’t an area designated for dogs, but I was able to walk my dog in the grass in the areas across the street.

The room was clean.

Cons:

The staff was no very friendly. The hotel was the hottest hotel i ever stayed in, it was like the heat was on. The remote to the tv batteries died and it was not easy to work. You could not control the room temperature on the air unit in the wall there was a separate thermostat and that seemed to work. The breakfast lady/employee was rude to people. A child came down in their socks to get a drink and waffle and she told them they needed shoes to be in the area. She also has a discussion with another employee about how she bet she could see the look on her face. Just rude. I will not stay here again!
