we were stuck with no room after booking .com said they had availability when we got to the other holiday inn the young lady said they were booked .. I had asked to call to other holiday inn near by and there was Ms. Laura ... she said yes we have 1left it was 2am in the morning we were the chauffer's for the INDY 500 we were so happy when we arrived Ms. Laura went beyond measure to make sure we were taken care of ..Laura is amazing accest to holiday inn professional l and loving and caring person ..from the cafeteria lady to your hotel driver to the front desk manager all great amazing staff looking forward to next year stay .

A solid choice for a good stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was OK, not great. The lady that was the attendant was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Sausage at breakfast was not very good. Another hot option, gravy or something would have been nice.

Tara, who checked us in, and Nancy the chef were some of the kindest, most professional people I have ever met.

Cons:

Just wish we had a roll-in shower and a cleaner bathroom floor, otherwise our room was immaculate.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were amazing. Hotel super clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. I got there early because my partner was at an event. Front desk had housekeeping get my room ready so I could check in. The lady working the breakfast buffet was super friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

No complaints at all.
