Perfectly lovely. Beds and pillows were really fluffy comfy. Great stop half way on a long trip.
Pros:

The breakfast didn't have as many options as I'd anticipated (my own assumptions) but it was still pretty good. I was expecting a breakfast more like they'd had when the site was Auburn Place.

Cons:

I would have preferred freshmade Oatmeal compared to the packets of oatmeal, but the condements (craisins, brownsugar) were a nice touch. I was expecting a breakfast more like the site had when it was Auburn Place.

Great base of operations for the area
Pros:

Room was big and clean. Staff was absolutely amazing. The upgraded rooms had more modern charging options which were a welcome addition, as that was my only minor complaint from the previous iteration of the hotel. Close to everything in Paducah and close enough to Shawnee National Forest and Land Between the Lakes for outdoor adventures

Cons:

Precious iteration of the hotel had hot breakfast options whereas the new one no longer does. The water pressure was fairly weak.

Next time I’m in the area and I need a hotel this is where I will stay.
Pros:

Location was great, room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Best of all it was quiet.

I could find nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.

We were under the impression that there was an exercise room but none existed when we arrived.

The young lady who was working when we checked in at approximately 1030 pm on Monday night had exceptional customer service skills. She greeted us with a genuine smile and asked us about our travels. I hope this young lady is in management and is a trainer for your staff on customer service. If our country had more employees in the service industry like her, customer service would be great again. Her motto should be MAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT AGAIN. (MCSGA)

Great overnight stay
Pros:

The cookie bar was nice.
Didn't swim but the pool area was great.
Requested early ck in. (Noon) and they made it happen no problem.
Quick and easy ck in and out
Room was really good size.
Shower was hot 🥰
Staff was super nice

Cons:

The thermostat said 68 but it felt a little warm.
