Cons:

Limited choice in pub restaurant, drinks had to be ordered at crowded bar, bar service very slow despite numerous staff and in general staff were efficient but seemed joyless.

Pros:

It was convenient to our event which was at the hotel. The free shuttle every 15 minutes made it reasonable to get into town. The staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner in the room was quiet and maintained the temperature where we like it.

Cons:

It is not located well for visiting Boston. One has to plan on 30 minutes just to get to Quincy market. There are few restaurants nearby and no grocery stores. The onion rings at the restaurant in the building were the worst I have ever had. They were overcooked, tough, hard, and dry.

Cons:

I only had coffee mate in my room which does not suit tea.
I went to reception to obtain some milk, to be told to go to the bar and I had to buy a cup full of milk.
I was charged !!! ... very poor, not all travellers drink coffee and I would have welcomed a hot drink as I arrived but even more for my early start before my flight.
plus the only option a man made product yuk!
