Pros:

The charter bus services to arrive at the airport and train rides were very useful. Staff on the shuttle was very friendly and helped make our stay significantly more convenient and stress free.

Cons:

When I ordered an Uber, the location of the Boston Logan Airport Hotel did not appear correctly, and all ubers were ordered to the airport terminals. I was charged unnecessarily as a result of this. As such I was unable to order an Uber to arrive at my location and had to look for other modes of transportation. Additionally, a female employee was unfriendly to us regarding language barriers at the check out desk.
