Pros:

The location was very convenient, particularly given that my flight was delayed by 4.5 hours. The staff at the breakfast restaurant, Berkshires, were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Overall the stay did not meet expectations for the close to $400 per night rate.
The mattress was not very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was poor, which was especially frustrating. Upon arrival, there was also a clump of hair in the shower, indicating the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. When I notified guest services, the response was not prompt. I even took a photograph to document the issue. Breakfast was not included and the quality of the food at the restaurant was underwhelming and the prices felt excessive. Given the condition of the room and the lack of timely service recovery, I expected a higher standard for the price point.

Very good overall but a touch over priced

Over priced especially after adding all the taxes which don’t show on your website. We almost paid 60+$ per room per night only for taxes

Pros:

I walked to this hotel right from the terminal and stayed for several hours as I had an early morning flight. I had no opportunity to enjoy swimming pool or breakfast, but had a good sleep in a clean and comfortable room. Wish the price would not be so high for those who stay less than 6 hours.

Convenient but not ideal experience.
Pros:

Location and access to airport. Also the onsite restaurant, Connolly’s Publick House, served good quality (and huge portions!) of classic pub food. Had an excellent fresh cod brioche sandwich with a mountain of fries - should have split it!

Cons:

Staff was unimpressive. Bell captain apparently hated his job. Couldn’t be engaged with friendly banter or tip. Quick cafe in lobby couldn’t accommodate simple requests, like decaf coffee. Breakfast at the sit-down morning restaurant was limited as grill broken and we were warned about serving delay due to two large groups using hotel (warning helpful, lack if access before flight wasn’t; we ended up eating in airport).
